My experience with Solhop for airport transfer was super. I had some problem booking online so had to contact them via email instead. They had my booking sorted within 30 mins. The driver arrived in plenty of time to pick me up, drove safely, and was friendly. Highly recommend

I booked a ride with Solhop from Antequera Santa Ana to Benalmadena - the high-speed rail line is having problems and trains can’t make it to Malaga, using a bus instead. I wanted to avoid the bus and Solhop made it easy - super simple to book the journey. The driver contacted me a little while before my train arrived (it was running late, as all trains are at present) - arranged the specific meet spot - and then drove me home - a fine, smooth drive, highly professional, in a super-clean vehicle. A very nice ending to a week’s traveling.

Worst transfer we ever ben on...
The booking process was smooth, but the information regarding Tenerife (TFS) is not correct. The website states “Meet and Greet,” but that is not actually the case. You have to go to a desk and wait there for your driver. We had to wait about 10 minutes before we could leave.
The trip to the hotel was, unfortunately, far below acceptable standards and was probably one of the worst taxi rides I have had in a long time. The driver appeared extremely stressed and drove very aggressively, constantly accelerating and braking, forcing her way through traffic, honking, shouting, and yelling at other drivers.
When there were queues on the motorway, she exited at an off ramp just to rejoin again and cut past as many cars as possible on the inside before forcing her way back in. At one point she even drove off into a gas station just to reenter the road immediately afterward to save a few minutes.
This was not a pleasant experience at all. Our 10 year old was sitting with tears in his eyes, genuinely scared during the ride.
Based on this experience, it does not seem like there is any meaningful quality control of the drivers providing this service.

Regarding the meeting procedure at Tenerife South Airport (TFS), we would like to clarify that we always inform our customers in advance that the meeting point is Office 6 inside the arrivals hall, where our local team coordinates the transfers. For operational reasons in Tenerife, the service is organised from this desk rather than through a traditional “Meet and Greet” inside the terminal.
Due to traffic conditions or possible delays from previous services, it can sometimes be necessary to wait a few minutes for the driver to arrive. Transfers on the island often operate differently from those on the mainland, and short waiting times can occasionally occur while the vehicles reach the airport. We understand that this may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience.
That said, we are very concerned to read about the driving behaviour you describe. The safety and comfort of our passengers are our top priorities, and the experience you mention is certainly not the standard we expect from our drivers. Your comments have been forwarded to our local operations team so they can review the situation with the transport provider and take the appropriate measures.
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we sincerely regret that this transfer did not meet your expectations.

Excellent customer service
I'm so glad I prebooked Solhop for our airport transfer. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and their responses by email assuring us our driver would wait was very reassuring as it was very late at night when we arrived. There was a slight mixup over cost as we added a fellow passenger who missed her link, but it was soon resolved. Will definitely use their services again. The car was amazing, electric and very clean. Thank you.

Easy booking procedure but driver wasn’t sensitive!
Easy booking procedure. Driver was on time but when we got to the location, my seatbelt was stuck and I needed to get out of it in order to be able to access my phone and biometrics so I could make payment and all the driver cared about was me paying him. I kept telling him I was stuck and uncomfortable and needed help with the seatbelt. He had my card anyway, so I don’t know if he thought by helping me get out of the seatbelt, I’d just get out or what? Didn’t help me till after the payment. I was stuck in the belt for over 5 minutes!!!

Excellent experience with Solhop in Tenerife. We were caught up in the customs queue so were later than expected, but a driver was there waiting for us. On the return journey, the driver arrived on time. Just perfect, definitely recommend.

Always reliable transfers.
We have used Solhop several times for Airport Transfers and most recently a transfer from Tenerife South Airport to our hotel. First time we used Solhop & was excellent
First time we used Solhop. The overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend them. Communications were prompt and accurate. No translation issues; all in English and very good. Very easy to book and booking confirmation was very quick. Driver was on time, was friendly, courteous & communications were great (in both English and Spanish). No issues with final payment (via credit card) at the end of our trip. Our flights were delayed a couple of times & as a result our arrival into Spain was 12 hours later than planned. Pick up eventually was @ 1am. Regardless Solhop accommodated our ongoing changes quickly and professionally and we had no issues.
