It was helpful to have pre-booked taxi transfers in an air-conditioned vehicle. The initial pickup was a little late, and we had to ring to locate our driver. The hotel pickup was on time and in a modern vehicle, but the driver was playing on his phone a little and a little fidgety. Both were very clean, nice cars and got us exactly where we needed to be on time.

Excvellent experience
Had to book a transfer between Palma and Sa Coma at short notice. This was the only site where I could get availability. Price was good compared to other private taxi options, communication was excellent (including text messages giving the drivers' numbers). Journeys were flawless, with drivers arriving exactly on time, very courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Would definitely recommend this company. It was a seamless process, even though our outward flight was delayed by an hour and a half - I text the driver to let him know and he answered immediately to say he’d be there when we arrived anyway. The car was clean and stylish, the driver helpful and friendly. Our pick up to go back to the airport was equally as seamless. We had a text the evening before our transfer to reassure us our driver would be there for us the following morning. They may not be the cheapest transfer company out there but I’d definitely recommend solhop if you want a stress free transfer

We have used Solhop for quite a number of years and they never fail to give a professional service. Drivers are always friendly and punctual which takes away any stress of getting to and from the airport. We wouldn’t use any other company.

An efficient and comfortable transfer
An efficient and comfortable transfer. Only negative was even though I kept the company informed of our landing, journey through passport control and baggage collection, the driver was not where I was told he would be when we got there. That said only had to wait 5 mins and the transfer was pleasant.

Excellent service, good prices, happy to recommend and use again.
Easy to book and good prices, cheaper than I found on other sites, plus there was more choice in the type of vehicle we could choose from so I was able to specify my preference for a small MPV type taxi. The driver contacted us using WhatsApp and kept in touch until we were picked up. The transfer itself was comfortable, smooth and seemless, and we were able to pay using either card or cash. Excellent service, happy to recommend and would use again.
