DO NOT buy from this company.

I have been trying for almost a month to get a refund from this company. I accidently ordered 2 razors. Sent 1 back (on my dime) the one I kept didn't work. I have been trying to get an answer through email about getting the refund. I discovered this morning on my credit card statement they charged me ANOTHER $29.99 !!!! I am furious! The number I had from their emails, isn't in service. I have printed all of the back and forth emails and will contact my credit card company to dispute these charges. Update, after I contacted my CC company, I was refunded the full amount.

Scam

I ordered a razor from Wellora Labs that I did receive, very poor quality. They ended up placing another charge on my card about 2-3 weeks later as a membership fee that they do not inform you about upon purchasing a product. They enroll you in the membership without your consent. I requested to cancel the membership and to be refunded the amount, which is currently processing on my account. Scam, do not buy from them.

Was scammed out of £60

Was scammed out of £60. They advertised a razor from wellora labs for 20 but when I bought it, it took more money than expected out of my bank. And then after receiving the razor, a random charge was made with my card details which I did not authorise. It said I had signed up for a membership but at no point did I actually consent.

Do not trust this company or buy from them. It’s a scam.

Attempted to make recurring charges

I ordered a very poor quality shaver from "Wellora Labs" that was actually somehow connected to this solosoothe site. It was through a Facebook ad with several reviews, but the shaver did NOT match the videos or pictures from the reviews at all. This was about 3 weeks ago. Its was for $29.99. They just tried to make another charge on my credit card but thankfully my card company blocked it and asked me to verify the purchase.

Terrible experience!

Terrible product. Even WORSE customer service!
I had ordered a chin-strap for my 81 year old mother who has stage 4 metastatic cancer for her to use with her CPAP machine to get a better sleep. After weeks for the product to arrive, it was very cheap quality and of poor fit. The fit was so bad, the Velcro portion of strap would get caught in what little hair my mother had left from chemo. I completed a return form online. 3 weeks waiting, nothing. Then I followed up with a rep named "Valerie". I explained the situation again and requested a refund. She then asked me to send pictures and a video of the problem of the strap getting stuck in my mothers hair! Unbelievable. I asked to speak with her manager and nothing. She kept asking for the picture and videos. Not having time to waste on this nonsense and TERRIBLE customer service I moved on decided to leave this review to warn others. They have a 4.8 "Trust Score" rating but do not reference which website this is from. As well, there does not appear to be an area on their website to leave a review, which is suspect.

Scam Alert

This company is a scam. I placed an order for a neck support pillow and didn't research deeply enough. I received multiple e mails that my product was on the way, delayed, and then customer service contacted me when I questioned what was taking so long. We went back and forth several times. I requested either the product or a refund and have received neither.

I later received an e mail saying my "membership" had been cancelled.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered some very poor quality earplugs that took an extraordinary amount of time to ship. I was then charged $39.99 for several months before realizing, for a subscription I never signed up for. Avoid this company at all cost.

Total scam...DO NOT USE. I ordered a bunion device, which I received and paid then I received 3 charges for $39.95 for something I have no idea. I called multiple times and tried to email with no response. Disputed through my credit card and was denied. Horrible company and service

I purchased ear plugs for $19.90 that don't even work on 11/14/24 and on 12/25/24 i was charged $39.99 for a membership i have never signed up for.
I disputed the transaction and they refused to refund me.
Absolute SCAM website. Do not purchase anything from them!

Solosoothe Biggest Scam Company Ever

Because of the "subscription" and various other scams associated with this company and the fact that they did not respond when I cancelled the order an hour after placing it ( their phone number is a google number, no one answers, emails are not responded to) I refused delivery of the shipment when it arrived 7 weeks later. I kept every message I sent and every chatty thank you for your order they sent with my reply of cancel order because delivery will be refused. I have proof of refusal and proof it was received by them but they still haven't refunded me. I filed with my credit card company and the credit card company refunded me . Don't buy from these people with their fake storefront, fake contact information and fake reviews

Complete scam website

Complete scam website. Take your money and then don’t send the item. I am still waiting for my order, which was purchased beginning of February. When emailed, the reply states ‘we will pass this on to a relevant person of the team’ and nothing happens. They are now ignoring my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SOLOSOOTHE!!

They advertise Full money back guarantee If not completely satisfied in 30 days. I called on day of delivery for tips on how to use (The ear plugs didn't block the sound of a pin dropping) - I Wanted tips - am I using them wrong?... They offered a 50% refund, I argued. They said that was policy. I sent email with screenshots of their guarantee.. They offered me 80% back....because of course I didn't want to pay return shipping.... - Need I say any more - the product doesn't work and they won't return the purchase price. I am totally spoiled by AMAZON!

Another Scammed customer!

Another Scammed customer!! Spent $200 and took 5 months of emails and please refund me and I finally received a parcel for a product I didn't order and which was (based on their own website) over $70 cheaper then the product I ordered. Requested refund for balance as didn't trust sending back for exchange, but nothing. Product I have been sent obviously the one no one wants to buy! Stay away from this company.

They're stealing your money. Without your knowledge they take $40 every month after your purchase. They know what they're doing. Someone should sue these creeps at this point. Nothing good comes from Boca to be honest.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! After I ordered an item for my husband, I noticed they'd
signed me up for a monthly subscription so straight away I cancelled the subscription. I did actually receive the item but its absolute plasticky garbage. I'm in the process of sending it back but it's virtually impossible. I'm running around in circles trying to return it. I'm not giving up though because I know they're hoping I will.
They are absolute rip off merchants!

This company is a complete sham and should be investigated by the consumer protection bureau in Florida where they are incorporated.

SoloSoothe is a SCAM of a company who sell horrible products. They SPAM your email non stop even if you block, report, etc...I would never reccomend this company for any products. They have managed to create websites and thousands of fake reviews to make themsleves look legitimate but they are complete scammers with low budget throw away products.
