If I could give this company a minus star review, I would. I originally wrote a really long review but I’ve decided to keep this brief in the hope that people will read it and avoid.

Was sold a dangerous car with MOT defects not rectified. Sunroof was faulty. Car was delivered after 10 pm when should have arrived the day previous in the morning. Food all over interior. Sales staff lied about problems with a car and delivery however someone on the phone slipped up that there was an alignment issue - which suddenly went away when we complained. When we received the car, there was a clear alignment issue as one of the front panels had been shunted back. Nail in the tyre.
We rejected the car upon delivery, but they took two days to collect it. And then a further two weeks to refund our £7000.

A month after rejecting this car, I receive a logbook through the post. I send it back as instructed. A month after that, I have a fine through for the DVLA as the car is being driven without tax.

On top of the safety issues with a car I was asked to drive it back over 200 miles myself with my two young children in the car. I was accused of causing the issues because we asked for a quick delivery upon purchasing. The sales staff particularly Matt was incredibly rude, passive aggressive and ultra defensive.

I’ve truly never dealt with such a horrendous company at every return.

Deep rooted issues in customer service, quality of vehicle, transparency, and honesty.

They are now currently refusing to deal with my complaint or fine, and have refused multiple requests to speak to a manager.

I’ll make it my mission so that no one else gets stung by Sonny Adams.

Came to pick up a car last week and Mertt who was dealing with me was great. He made the process extremely smooth. Overall an amazing service.

My cousin pick up a Hyundai and the service was great will definitely be going to their new office/showroom in Welwyn garden city. They’re amazing top service wide variety etc

Excellent service for Hasan who I dealt with, and also the manager. Bought an olive green Volkswagen Taigo from them. After purchasing any questions or problems I had they didn’t neglect answering or helping me out. Definitely recommended and would advise to ask for Hasan to get a fun but knowledge beneficial experience.

They are a bunch of conmen , I called serval times , sent emails only to not get any response from them , bought a car last year October , was told everything is good , car got delivered the boot backboard clips was broken and no service booklet was given .My fault for not checking but if you say you sell something with it ,it must be there also the MOT was passed and faults highlighted,but I did my own PMI inspection , cost me £100 , only to find that the MOT wouldn't have passed ...

Now I require the service book to sell the vehicle which will be £300 less cos the service book wasn't given and a bunch of lies was spoken to be told the Salesman who sold me the car doesn't work there anymore .

Please avoid this company like the plague.

Car was advertised with service history, they didn’t have it when I picked the car up as they said the auction house had it but they would send it on to me. They never sent it, I chased them 4/5 times they never came back to me or sent me the history. Once you have bought the car they do not care anymore, I would not recommend this company.

Stay well away from this outfit bought a vehicle on way home started having problems plastic parts coming off because they were super glued on . Next day notice a loud clicking banging noise from drive train \gearbox also checked to see if vehicle was taxed as they said it was they took my payment details but didn't tax it so I drove 170 miles home without tax if I had been stopped the vehicle would have been impounded and I would be left stranded so lost all trust in company. I requested a return and refund of vehicle on mechanical fault and electrical faults they got in touch after I sent many emails say they wanted to sort things out and could understand my position and said the would accept the return of the vehicle and inspect it after picking up the vehicle they wouldn't respond to any of my correspondence. I have asked for my part exchange back and refund but will not respond.both vehicles are on sale the rejected vehicle was put back up for sale the same day it was collected from me . So I'm without a vehicle and without the money paid for the vehicle and they will not respond to any of my correspondence. BE WARNED IF YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM SONNY ADAMS MOTOR COMPANY HERTFORD HERTFORDSHIRE WARRENWOOD INDUSTRIAL ESTATE THEY COULD DO THE SAME THING TO YOU. Purchased vehicle on 22may request a refund and return on the 26th they picked vehicle up 10th Jun and ignore my correspondence do not trust this company or zuto they advertise this dealer as trustworthy and also motonovo finance they are also not responding next steps trading standards and financial ombudsman do not trust the three companies they are out for one thing and once they have it you are not a priority to them. Customer service terrible.staff arrogant and disrespectful it's now the 29th Jun still no refund from sonny adams provided evidence of faults would not accept this.They say they need a independent inspection just stalling tactics as the evidence I provided is more than enough proof to reject the vehicle if you read the other reviews on trust pilot you will see they have done this to many people now they are trying to say they don't recognise my experience what a joke AVOID AT All COSTS JUST LOOK AT ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS SAYING ALL THE SAME THING UNTRUSTWORTHY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CARE ONCE YOU HAVE PAID ANY PROBLEMS AFTER SALE YOUR FXXXED. Well within my rights to reject the vehicle as could not trust a company that asks for your details to tax a vehicle then sends you on your way knowing that the vehicle is not taxed how can you trust that company to repair a vehicle to a acceptable standard . And judging by the other one star reviews i did the right thing to reject the vehicle. Just read the other one star reviews

Hussein was really helpful throughout the enquiry, purchase and even delivery . He made the process less stressful. He is a great guy. He was very patience and remain calm all throughout even while finding best finance deals. I really recommend his services. Thanks a lot Hussein for your help and delivery of my new car.

Worse Car dealer MUST NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL ❌❌ Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander REG SJ18SNN it was from them after 15 days issues starts coming car was painted both front doors were mismatched colour and It got major battry faults, shows sign as well whole car was rusted after that communication was zero I have spoken with every person working there but they did not sort the issue instead just making excuses they were trying to make themself correct about the vehicle. Vehicle HAS BEEN RETURNED THROUGH OMBUDSMAN services 🛑 dont Trust them 🙏🏻
