There CEO Hiroki Totoki (What a stupid Name)and his (bff B-Buddy) 2nd in command Kenichiro Yoshida both double down as both their mom's did showing them there is no low they wont go for profit.
It surley made an impression on both of them.
The total lack of ethics proves this fact

How they are still in business is beyond me!

I am from Iraq and have been locked out…

I am from Iraq and have been locked out of my PlayStation Network account for [one day] days due to 2-Step Verification.

I lost access to my phone number and don't have backup codes. I contacted PlayStation Support via live chat, email, and Twitter multiple times with full proof of ownership: PS5 serial number, purchase receipts, date of birth, and PSN ID.

No one has resolved my case. I have over worth of digital games on this account that I cannot access. This is unacceptable customer service.

PSN ID: OP-MOAMAL

I demand that the account security team contacts me to disable 2SV so I can recover my account.

Stick drift

Stick drift, overpriced controllers, impossible warranty systems, extremely limited game releases, and the store being 99% full of one dollar slop. Worst company overall for the ages.

Sony BRAVIA TV Remote Control app == 💩 crapware

I asked a competent AI🤖 how to easily control my Sony BRAVIA TV and tried the🔝top option. This is my feedback:
FYI Sony side view seems to be sundowned (aka obsolete, dead 😵, defunct). [I downloaded the Sony BRAVIA App as it seemed to fit my requirements: free, targets Google platform which fits the TV so it should work, right? WRONG!! I wasted 30 minutes of my life just trying to sign in to Google then create a new Sony acct. as my original 1 is ancient] & then… i still cain’t even log into the dang app nor try to connect to the TV thru BlueTooth. But Im just an idiot enginerd 🤓, so what do I know really ⁉️

Imagine a place where you cant talk like an adult


Imagine building an account for over a decade, spending thousands of dollars, and then having it permanently erased because you didn’t speak like a corporate training video in a private party chat.

PlayStation’s moderation is completely disconnected from reality. If you don’t talk in a sanitized, overly polite way at all times, you’re gambling your entire digital library. No warnings that matter, no proportional punishment, no real appeal — just a permanent ban and “policy says so.”

This isn’t about protecting players, it’s about zero-tolerance automation with zero accountability. Other platforms mute, suspend, or warn. PlayStation deletes your entire history.

If you value your purchases, your memories, or your time, understand this clearly: one report is all it takes. You’re not a customer here — you’re a liability.

I’m done investing in a terrible platform where you have to talk like a PR script to keep what you paid for. Terrible company

Sony LinkBuds S is a €180 e-waste. Engineering failure and terrible quality.

​I bought the Sony LinkBuds S a year ago, but they only lasted for about a month of actual use. I paid €180 for what I expected to be a premium product, but the quality is a total disaster.
​It started with the well-known battery drain issue, followed by severe overheating of the earbud. In a desperate attempt to fix them, I spent extra money on replacement batteries. When I opened the earbud, I discovered the cause of the final failure: the internal ribbon cable had become brittle and snapped because of the constant overheating.
​Sony, you are selling a defective product at a premium price. This is a complete lack of respect for your customers. This was my last purchase from your brand.
​To anyone looking for quality that matches the price: buy any other brand, but stay away from Sony. Don't repeat my mistake. I will make sure this review reaches as many tech bloggers and potential buyers as possible. Your reputation should be worth as much as your broken hardware — zero.

Why can’t I unsubscribe from their incessant sales emails ….?
I purchased a Sony TV in October … it’s OK but nothing special however, I get sales emails every day which I can’t unsubscribe from.
Won’t buy from them again

Disgusting Sony Bravia TV

We are disgusted with our Sony Bravia TV. Setting up external speakers and sound bar is beyond hair pulling. Even when the speakers are turned off, the TV keeps searching and switching to the dormant speakers shutting the sound off. This technology is far too electronically difficult to handle. Why can't TV's be built to where there is a simple plug which can handle the sound, without all the computer modules trying to take over? One of the problems we have, Politicains keep sticking their noses in the electronic industry and should be stopped trying to improve, when not one have a clue about electronics or physics.

Complete disappointment!
I regret buying these headphones!
First of all, the touch controls! They’re awful! Explain to me why they activate when I brush my shoulder, tilt my head, or accidentally touch something with the headphones — but to make them respond to my gloved hand, I have to really try hard!! It’s insanely annoying!!
Secondly, because of these false triggers, the speak-to-chat function somehow turns on even though it was disabled, and listening to music becomes a nightmare!!!
Thirdly, the touch panel can suddenly just stop responding altogether!
On top of that, I started getting parasitic noises — humming, first in the left ear, then in the right — and they won’t go away.
Before buying these headphones, I used the Sony WH-CH710N, and they still work perfectly!
I really hope I just got a bad unit!
Sony, how did you manage to make something like this?!

Dev looking forward to more

I have not been really so totally about the Sony movements in their different media releases like the Spider-Man and all their other movies that I just never really related to Growing up. First off my life was kind of tough growing up, it was really hard, and in a conservative rural community the other priorities don't allow for focus on that type of leisure. I had a ps2, but didn't use it much. I really only played kingdom hearts and red faction, but they were lame and hell-like.(note that I played Destiny and Destiny 2 both non stop since they released, and only took a 6 month break at one point in 2021)There's one thing for sure tho, and it's that their acquisition of Bungie, and Destiny 2 and all that they have done for Bungie is really good. I just really love them a lot for that alone, because D2 was in a really dark bad place and it's gotten a lot better and I really feel like Destiny is the only thing that I love right now that I really respect in that type of leisure. If you haven't got into their stuff you're really missing out. I mean, there's something for everyone and they definitely made sure to to add to that and to help with cleaning up a lot of the volatility and a lot of the toxicity in the Dev, and not to say that it's perfect but I think if anyone's going to make it perfect it's this company. Good luck with Marathon, and I hope you continue Destiny 2 forever.. Like D2 is literally the coolest idea ever, and when I pass on I really do wish that my DMT sends me there in a future all that matters to me will matter to me forever. PSi<3 NM tower land be Rui flooding rn. doso must not have figured out sony stock. But if you are a true die hard I suggest you visit to see why it would be the ideal place. IMO probably because it's an isolated mountain town in the middle of the desert. Ruidoso NM... You should check it out. Do I think that it's tower bound, yesh.. Do I I think that it's run by a bunch of idiots from TX, oh yeah.. If their is one thing about TX that you don't know it's probably that the wrong people get elected for the wrong reason, and then they use their power to do wrong things, but really it's because they are not qualified, or capable, but really because they don't have the right intentions, 2 wrongs don't make a right. New Monarchy FTW!!!
