I ordered Lakshmi watch with Soosi.co.in online store for Rs.3050/- on February 28, 2026. There is NO contact phone and Address for this Online store so I sent Email to get my order status. I got a reply from Durga laks that she will update in a week. After a Week I asked about my order in Email and I got a reply from Durga laks that my order is out of stock and there was NO update about my order so I asked Durga laks to give reasonable time to deliver my order or Refund my money. There was NO reply and No refund from Durga Laks . Its been more than a month and I did not get my order or refund from Soosi.co.in

Necklace which I bought is superb

Fraud site don't believe that lady who keep on telling that we didn't received our stock and refund even won't give..we should send continously mails but she won't respond. Their products are mostly all out of stock nly but they will not mention that in site who placed the order they will come to know later. Please don't believe and don't place ordet blindly. Fraud website

FRAUD ALERT!

Ordered a saree from this website which was a big mistake. They use pics from other websites and sell it they dont keep the item in their store. COD was not available and after prepayment the saree never arrived they kept delaying the delivery despite promising way shorter timelines for delivery.

Refund was never given despite me following up for a long time, the person kept mentioning that they would send it via UPI within a week after taking money from wherever they ordered the saree. THE REFUND WAS NEVER ISSUED. After a while, they stop taking phone calls and replying to messages also. I have been running after them for two weeks and it is clear what their true intentions are.

Had a further phone call with the owner (the first time they took my call after posting the review) where they now pushed date of refund via UPI to Monday as "today is a holiday" as though UPI does not work on all days. They clearly said they would not refund the amount and had no intention at all to do so unless this review is removed from Google, and said that they didn't care if any legal action, social media sharing of this information was done, and put the phone down on the me.

Product quality is too good and satisfied completely.
