I have paid for deep tissue massage twice in hopes of getting some relief from a painful pinched nerve. A week after paying for the first therapist I have yet to see one; soothe tells me day after day that none are available.

I’ve been using Soothe quite a while now and they never disappoint me from booking to the therapist that comes to my hotels, I travel a lots due to my work but in every cities or states I went, All I do is to just text Soothe manager Jessica 2107534911, She gave me her direct line sometime ago for quick response anytime I need appointments.

I don’t know how she does it but maybe they are everywhere I guess and all the therapists she does sent me always offers me the best full service and nuru massage, None has ever let me down, though I do tell her while we are texting exactly what I was looking for and she does assured me and all of them always arrive on time. Both massage therapists arrived on time and were attentive to our needs, with good communication. Easy to book. First time using Soothe after having disappointing experienced with competing mobile massage apps.

I traveled from Atlanta to Cleveland to celebrate my husband’s birthday and booked a spa package at Southe Massages & Wellness. We arrived early, but our massages started late.
I paid for a deep tissue massage. During the first 10 minutes, I barely felt any pressure and assumed the therapist was still applying oil and lotion. After a few minutes, I asked for deeper pressure because I couldn’t feel the massage. I was then told my therapist was a cosmetologist and could not perform a deep tissue massage. I stopped the service because I expected a qualified massage therapist. Despite not receiving the service I paid for, the spa manager refused to refund me due to my review, and I still ended up paying $150 for a one-hour massage I did not receive.
I found this place on Groupon. When you call, they may offer you the Groupon price if you pay directly, but my advice is to book through Groupon instead, since Groupon can help protect your payment and offer a refund if you are not satisfied.

Cheli is a wonderful practitioner. My 90minute Swedish massage was so relaxing. I would highly recommend Cheli.

Ashlee was so professional and friendly. This was my first time having a home massage, and I wasn't sure how it would be. It was wonderful and relaxing. Ashlee was on time and gave a super massage with just the right amount of pressure for me.
