Never anyone good available and even though I said do not substitute, you did

I was incorrectly charged for an extra 30 minutes following a one-hour couples massage for my daughter and her fiancé. Both services ended at the same time, so this charge is not valid.
What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. There is no way to reach a live person, and after chatting with two different representatives—both of whom said they would follow up—I never heard back.
I even suggested a simple way to verify the error by confirming with the second therapist, but no action was taken.
This reflects a lack of accountability, follow-through, and basic customer care. I expect the incorrect charge to be reversed immediately

Easy booking, great masseuse, friendly and professional

I have tried several times to get Randi to come back. However, she always seems to not be available, and I get a replacement. The replacements are never quite as good.

Marco ended up running out of time and only spent a few minutes on my neck, which was disappointing.

I enjoy my massage therapist not the soothe app or soothe customer service. The messages and booking process and in app messaging are all not helpful and not set up efficiently. The new $4.95 service fee just feels like nickel and diming and feels dishonest. If the rates needed to raise, just be up front.

I had a terrible massage and politely emailed them. They told me to just post on their app and they’d look into it. I explained that I didn’t want to post a negative review because the masseuse was very kind and I think she was just having an off day. However, I didn’t receive the message I paid for so I would have liked to been refunded without hurting someone that was just having an off days business

We booked two masseuses to the Viceroy for a 90-minute couples massage. Only one showed up. She gave my wife a massage. The WORST massage of my wife's life. I actually saw the masseuse on her phone texting while massaging my wife's feet.

After explaining in my profile i lived in a walk up and had street parking, my masseuse called and complained twice before she even got in my house. After offering to help her with her things and she declined, she rushed setting up and didnt create a very relaxing environment. It also was one of the worst massages i have ever received. Had to keep asking for less pressure (mind you im pregnant) and she barely used lotion so it felt like an indian burn. Will not be using soothe again unless I hear about customer service changes

I was rescheduled four times then when they finally come I was at the store and Missed my husband appointment y’all very unprofessional and I will never use thisshit again thank u bye

Just wasn’t a great massage

Masseuse never gave me my massage. There was some confusion about the hotel room and nobody ever knocked on my door. I didn’t hear from her until I reached out over the app.

Wonderful massage

Can't wait to use my points. I can't ever use the $250 gift card I was given unless is choose to spend more than the monthly points. There is no option for how I want to pay. The customer service rep was like "just spend more money" - can't use the giftcard for tips either so it's just been sitting there. They won't refund it either.

Last appointment I had for myself and a guest for two hours. The guy admitted he left 30 minutes early and I've not received any sort of refund, or acknowledgment other than OK we'll look into it. I provided video evidence from my ring camera showing he got there late, left early and did not complete the full two hour appointment that I paid for and tipped for.
