Im Verzug bei Klarna dank diesem Shop
Schuhe bestellt und retourniert. Bei klarna blieb nach Bearbeitung ein Rechnungsbetrag von 0,01 Euro offen. Nachdem ich den Shop per Mail drauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, wurde gesagt, dass der Shop den Fehler korrigiert. Dies geschah jedoch nicht und klarna mahnt weiterhin 0,01 Euro an. Sehr ärgerlich und sicher nicht gut für den eigenen Bonitätsscore.

I returned a pair of shoes, the parcel has been delivered back to them last week but I received no official communication from them. I tried to contact them several times through their website and their Instagram page to know when they would send my money back but had no answer yet. Worst customer's service ever.
Update: after several attempts, I was contacted back. They asked for the tracking number and said I would get the refund as soon as they received the goods back, not knowing the parcel had been delivered already days ago. Finally got my money back, but it took a lot of effort. Very messy experience overall.

Hatte mir zwei Paar Schuhe bestellt, die auch schnell geliefert wurden. Sehr schönes Design, wirkten wertig und langlebig.
Leider waren sie mir zu schmal, aber die Rücksendung verlief ohne Probleme. Nach einigen Tagen hatte ich das Geld auch wieder zurück.

I'm very happy that I decided to buy a couple of shoe pairs even though I had to pay customs because I live in the UK. Careful with customs! If I was living in the EU I wouldn't think twice.
Also customer service is very responsive, very impressed with the personalised attention.
