Just recieved my Sorel winter fashion boots and really happy .. arrived in 5 working days by UPS beautifully wrapped .. ordered size 5 UK size and they fit perfectly
They are well made cosy and perfect for my winter trip to Prague. Will recommend Sorel

Still waiting for my refund , dreadful customer service. 3 packages returned on the same day but only 2 refunded ! I can see the tracking so absolutely no reason why I haven’t received the money . Returned on 23 October . It’s a shame as I love the boots & previously bought some sandals. NEVER AGAIN

Awful customer service. I emailed the day of receiving my order. They sent a cheaper pair of boots to what I ordered but still charged me for the pair I ordered.
Sent photos and advised I would have a response in 48 hours.
Called 4 working days later and spoke to them and advised they could see they had sent my the cheaper pair. I asked for a refund for the difference as the pair I ordered is no longer in stock which is over £50. It was being escalated to their manager to approve the refund.
Two working days later I called again and advised it was still with the manager.
Four working days later still no reply or refund, called again, still with manager and they had logged off for the day. They would not give me their name, said if I had known how bad they were with customer service I would never have ordered from them. Apologised for the length of time it was taking. They were unable to authorise the refund it had to be the manger it had been sat with for nearly 2 weeks.
Two working days later and no reply or refund.
An absolute joke and they have taken money off me for a product they have not sent.

Beautiful design. Unimpressive quality but not the worst I've seen either. Nike & co also use highly synthetic materials on many of their models. The sizing & guidelines (UK conversion at least) are super wonky. Ended up ordering four times to get my size right (go 0.5 up your usual size on trainers). Return processing can take up to 3 weeks but no question of not getting your money back. The process is fully automated so didn't really need their CS support. Check you have a UPS point nearby though

Ordered a pair of Sorel runners , and after 4 months of wearing them they started to fall apart. I shipped them back to Sorel Canada at MY cost to have them fixed because they have a “warranty”. Didn’t hear from them for over 2 months so called to follow up. They finally sent me a credit, but the credit amount didn’t cover the cost to replace the same shoes. They told me I would have to wait until they go on sale end of year, or drive 7 hours to their closest to me retailer. Very disappointed in this company and will NEVER spend a dime with them again.

I bought a pair of Torino snow boots last Nov. Towards the end of the winter months - February, I noticed the boots beginning to leak and my socks getting wet. I stopped wearing them as the temperature rose and of course forgot about it. Put the boots on to walk through some grass in April and both feet were saturated. I contacted Sorel to express this issue and they first off told me my feet were sweating because I was wearing the boots in temperatures too high, and secondly that the boot was for snow and not rainfall or wet environments. I am outraged at their customer service and inaccurate description of a "waterproof" boot. As I live in Ireland with wet conditions these expensive boots are all but useless to me.

I just ordered from sorel canada. I received e-mail with wrong item appearing as ordered. Completely wrong!!! Morons don’t let me cancel the order and it says I cannot alter it as well. I paid for shipping for a wrong item. This website is broken

Would not recomend Sorels at all purchased 2 pairs with in 2 months they were both ruined - There response send us both pairs ( I pay the 100 for shipping) and after 4 weeks we will send you a credit so you can shop here again. First they no longer are selling the boots I ordered Second costs just as much to ship back, and they don't even care I'm spreading the word DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered the wrong size…don’t know how the shoe size was changed. As soon as I pushed to pay for the order and saw the incorrect size I started a chat. Rep told me to pay for another shoe and then send the wrong sizes she back…6 minutes to get the person in chat. This resolution is unacceptable!

Placed an order for some wedges. They sent a confirmation email just to send a not in stock email days later. Was gonna order some winter boots too. Not going to now. Reviews are trash. Price is unreasonable.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots to check fit. I returned one pair. The company cannot even find the original order.
I am being passed from country to country for me to phone to sort their mess out.
It is a pathetic internal system that constantly has the customer out of pocket and frustrated.
Wish I had seen the reviews of this company before I purchased the boot. The boot are well made, so would have preferred to buy from a reputable 3rd party!

Do not buy from here. I returned my boots that were too small. I was called a liar and that they never received them. I was denied my refund. I am now out $200 and a pair of boots!

Costumer Service is awful! I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. It all started when my Apple Pay had the wrong shipping address and went down hill from there! As you all know you can’t change a shipping address once the order has been placed, you just have to wait the whole process out and deal with sorry we haven’t received your product back in the warehouse so after that we can issue you a refund in 7 to 10 business days. It’s now been 2 weeks since it was returned and they can’t find the product hmmmmm!! Can we say lying thieves or just scammers!! I have several Sorel boots but from now on I will only buy from store that sell the product!!

Ordered some boots on 28th December which have been delivered to the wrong address, not even the same town. I rang Sorel customer services who have said they need to open an investigation which will take up to 10 days so I am now left with no goods but Sorel have taken my money, how does that work? Other companies generally send out replacement goods whilst they resolve the issue with their delivery company but it seems with Sorrel that the customer is the one that takes the hit! Sorel I think you have your processes all wrong! So dissappointed!

Ordered boots when they had a 20% discount. The sizing was WAY off. When returning, they said 'we don't do exchanges, you send back then buy again' but refused to honour the initial discount even after speaking with them Won't be buying from Sorel ever again.

We ordered a pair of shoes on December 20th, it guaranteed delivery before Christmas but at most 3-7 business days. The shoes did not arrive on time, no big deal. But now the tracking number says the label was created but package never picked up. I email Sorel this morning, the guy tells me via chat-I am not sure what happened but I will issue the refund today. Once you get it, then you can reorder and we will give you free expediated shipping, he was leaving notes in the account. I never got the email confirming these changes so I chat back and get a different representative. This guy says no, that is not policy. You have to wait until January 4th and if they still dont show up, then we will give you a refund. Nope! Sir, 7 business days at most was Decemver 29th and completely opposite what the guy this morning says. Well he was wrong, and even though that is what the delivery you selected says-hidden in our company policies says 11 business days. You can either a-purchase them again and we will send you a COURTESY return label (ha!) or b-wait your time until the 4th and then request a return label if they dont show up. SCAM. LIARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a Men's Carson Moc Boot (Style# 2009711) in size 15. I was sent a women's boot in size 8.

The company offered a shipping label for me to return, which is appropriate. When I went to return the item, I could not use the Sorel-provided shipping container, a bag, as it had been rendered useless with a hole in it upon opening. I purchased a new bag at the UPS store to ship the item.

I saved the receipt and asked Sorel for a reimbursement for the shipping materials purchased for return of an item that they mistakenly shipped, and was refused by customer service, as well as their supervisor. When I asked to speak with a higher-up supervisor, I was refused and directed to their website to file a complaint.

Absolutely awful customer service. I will never give them my money again, and I hope that you don't either.

Nice boots, appalling customer service. Bought boots at 20% discount for members, arrived and very small fitting so need to exchange for size up. Was informed by 'Maria' that they have no exchange policy so my only option is to send them back and buy the size up for full price. Terrible customer service, won't be buying from Sorel again.

I have bought Sorel boots Out N About classic . Bought it as it says on website 100% waterproof, they look great , very lightweight, easy to put on, comfortable but main issue is it’s not waterproof at all my socks are soaking wet each time after dog walk!!! It’s very disappointing, those shoes are so expensive and totally overrated. They don’t have any lining inside boots which makes it impossible to wear them in winter as my feet are frozen and wet because of those boots! Really unhappy and would never recommend or buy again from Sorel .
