Mikkie is superb and should be recognised for his great service and upbeat attitude. He truly knows his stuff and fixed not only my laptop but even helped with my desktop without even being asked. My only complaint is there arent more people like mikkie.

Problem was resolved in a timely fashion after I initially reported it. No follow up calls were necessary. I was informed when the fix had been implemented.

As always, SOTS rectified my Issue promptly and efficiently. Highly Recommended

I've had to today logged two calls to SOTS re my laptop not working. Abbie has been so helpful and resolved the issue both times and i can't thank her enough for her patience in doing so. As i know this laptop is very old and isn't doing very well. Thanks Abbie for all your help.
