I ordered contact lenses late last night and they delivered today. Payment on delivery and the delivery driver was very kind. Will definitely be ordering again.

Disappointed as they are selling products on their platform that they don’t even have stock of, they charge you for the order and only come back to say the supplier doesn’t have and that we will return your funds between 2-5 days

They don’t mention the qty in stock and need to upgrade their system as they are dealing with health related items it’s not right to charge people for clinical lenses and not have the stock

Extremely disappointed in this level of service and would not recommend to pay for order upfront

I ordered 800aed products online and they then advised it wasn't in stock and they wouldn't have it for at least 5 days. I paid with credit card and they refused to give a cash refund. They said the credit card refund would come in 5 days. Now I have to pay another 800aed to get the product somewhere as I'm traveling in 2 days and need. They are very unethical. if they didn't have the product they should have never taken my money. Please do not shop here. There are many other options.

They delivered me wrong items which is useless and less than 20% value of original order!
I sent them asking about refund or deliver the order, but they ignored me totally.
Really worst online shop i ever seen, and i believe it is just a fraudsters.

Terrible customer service. I have astigmatism and confirmed this with them via email. They sent me a prescription without the astigamtism power and refuse to refund or replace the contacts I purchased. The women was extremely inflexible over the phone and refused to acknowledge Soukare's mistake or compensate me as a customer.

The worse service and company you would EVER come across. They are a complete scam, pay bloggers to promote for them but could never deliver what they say. Complete waste of money and I will make sure to let everyone know about my experience. They never respond on WhatsApp and lie about calling back. I will keep sharing my reviews on all my social media platforms.

Horrible service ,misleading marketing .
Advertising that products will be delivered in 90 minutes …I have ordered lenses and some other related products 4 days ago and still didn’t receive any product …moreover nobody from their end disturbed themselves to contact me and inform about the same.
Luckily I didn’t make the payment online.
I have called them to ask about my order and the answer was : “we are still looking for your product “
It was my very first time ordering and only because they advertised that the products will be delivered in 90 minutes. Obviously I have canceled the order and for sure I will never order again.

Bizarre and misleading marketing. They send out emails saying they have a sale, but if you click on the links there are no savings at all. Such a waste of time, very annoying! Someone in their marketing department needs to get fired!

Do not purchase any contact lenses from this place. I placed an order waiting and waiting finally I send an email to follow up and customer service replied saying that brand I ordered is out of the stock...HELLOO let me know at least it was out of the stock. I follow up if they shipped at least the other two brands I ordered with same transaction. No reply back and I did follow up again 3 more times, dead silence on their side. I do not even know if they are refunding me money back.. I will never purchase anything from this website again. I rather pay more than dealing with this company.

I have ordered from souKare many times. This past purchase was a bit different. My package got stuck in customs to be imported into the US (which has never happened before). A customs agent called me and told me they were likely not going to approve my package because I did not send in a *valid* prescription for my contact lenses. In the meantime, souKare must have worked some magic or something because it cleared customs and they also provided more information to the agent which somehow allowed my package to continue en route. Mind you, in the U.S. you typically need a prescription to order any lenses, let alone overseas, so I was puzzled as to how this was approved, but I was relieved. So after my package cleared customs in Memphis TN, it was on its way to destination in WV. When it got to destination facility, my package had to again get customs clearance. This made me worry. This clearance delay held up my package for 1 day. So all in all, my package was only late by one day but I applaud the souKare team because I don't think my package would have even left customs if they hadn't provided the extra information to proceed. If you are buying from america, be ready to send your prescription to customs and have the manufacturing numbers of your lenses or else your package might sit there for longer than intended and really cause some anxiety because these lenses are not cheap. Mine still came through with no prescription but I fully believe that's why it was held up twice.

okay so i made a purchase and i usually order from this website and it comes in a few days however this time i’ve waited well over a week and they haven’t come? the order status says it hasn’t been shipped and they said it would come in 2days like?

ordered C4 original pre workout for a discount and got it in a couple of days and was able to pay in cash, came in good conditions and was the exact amount I needed, if soukare stocks up on some creatine ill def be considering getting it from them

BUYER BEWARE. Never got my package. Was told it was stuck in customs and company now completely unresponsive. No contact lenses, no refund, no communication. I will never use this company again.

I have ordered Lenses from soukare website and turned that there was a color mistake, i contacted them saying i put a wrong reference and the order is just placed if you can cancel it. Of course no response till few days later saying that for safety matter they can’t do that! What safety ?? The lenses were not even shipped yet! Later once i received them, one of them of my 2nd use was cut and I am so happy it didn’t harm my eye! I contacted them for a solution for more than a month no feedback at ALL! I am familiar buying anesthesia lenses and never had any issue except this time! The reason i bought from them was cause they offered a discount on anasthesia lenses. Terrible slow and irresponsive services and customer services! I am so disappointed with you!
