Never join
Never join, Not a good experience. The yoga mam is Rude and unfriendly. First, she will promise classes ; once the payment is done , they won’t want you to continue the classes.
Unfriendly atmosphere, beware before you spend your money when you are nearing your delivery date. They will not give any refund and promise more classes ; then come back and say you can’t take any more classes as this is concession.

Soul Sankar has been instrumental in my pregnancy journey to feel healthy and happy and in control of my experience. I would have been clueless otherwise! The guided sessions are so informative, they guide you to educate, build confidence and not instill fear or wrong impressions. All the additional sessions that help with the journey like Birthing Ball sessions, labor management sessions are all so well planned and organised. Soul Sankar is a great space to connect with for your birthing journey, highly recommended!

Not structured program
There are too many cancellations and rescheduling lately. Promised birthing ball classes are not upto the mark and labor management classes also happening randomly. Looks like they are not scaling as new joiners are coming in and this is causing very subpar experience.
The class structure has become random. When one instructor comes it is majorly upper body, the other one concentrates only on pelvic exercises and lower body. Counts are also very random.This is not giving full body experience and good time for the body to rest.
Overall the personalised attention that's promised is not there and the experience is same as if we follow the YouTube videos for prenatal yoga and the meditation. Only thing extra is the the WhatsApp group to discuss with other mommies and can ask the instructors questions.

My journey with soulsanskar has been incredible. I felt stronger after every class physically and mentally as well. Anchal mam was always there to guide me regarding any questions, confusions I had ever. Joining soulsanskar was my best decision during my pregnancy.
Journey with Soulsanskar yoga practice
I had joined Soulsanskar yoga practice during my 2nd trimester and the from that time my journey is amazing. Even though I am choosing last slot of 7.30pm after my hospital working hours, I am ready and encouraged to do each sessions. After 30 minutes of prenatal yoga asanas/ exercises, I really enjoying and relaxing in 15 minutes of breathing exercise/ garbh samvad, meditation. Because of excitement, already ordered birthing ball as I entering 32 weeks of
pregnancy in couple of days.

After joining Soulsanskar prenatal yoga classes,I started feeling very light and I'm able to remain active even in third trimester♥️and also I'm observing my healthy baby movements very well🥰All credits goes to Aanchal ma'am she is really well experienced and helping many mommies to deliver healthy babies through normal delivery♥️

Great techniques and personal attention to each and every student. She is available at all times for any of your query and guides you through any problem and complications. Highly recommend for one of your beautiful life journey to be more beautiful and smooth. I joined late during pregnancy but still got benefits from all the practices.
Wonderful experience
I joined the prenatal yoga with Soul Sanskar in my late second trimester. From the day onwards of yoga practice I felt very light, active and I was able to cope up with my body pains. I was active throughout my whole pregnancy. Aanchal maam was always there for any queries be it in the classes or in the WhatsApp
Amazing journey with SoulSanskar
I had joined Soulsanskar yoga practice during my pregnancy in 2nd trimester and the journey from then has been mesmerising.
The practices includes all the prenatal yoga asan, breathing exercise, garbh samvad, meditation, birthing ball session post 32weeks of pregnancy.
Also, Aanchal ma’am always make sure to explain what we are doing and why it is important.
The team make sure that the batch size of the class remain less in number so that she can check on each and every one of us.
I am currently near my due date and I am being honest, yoga has helped me alot throughout my pregnancy journey.
I had also attended the Garbh Sanskar classes with them and it really helped me and my husband to build a bond with our baby while he/she is in my womb.
Also, the team is very approachable anytime and helped with my scans and when my baby was in breech position then what all to practice to move the head down.
It has been a beautiful experience for me.

Prenatal yoga is not only good for your health, mental health n soul but it improves your overall well being n that I experienced when I joined soul sanskar.
Aanchal the instructor is very experienced.
She acts as a facilitator through out your pregnancy journey n gives accurate & genuine solutions to your queries(related to health issues, diet, exercises) n help you out to overcome your problem.
If you guys are looking for prenatal yoga then go with the 'Soul Sanskar' and opt for complete package as they will guide you through out your journey.

Amazing techniques and well trained Instructor. Aanchal has been highly cooperative and encourage us. Glad to be getting trained under her supervision for pre-natal yoga sessions to prepare myself for natural birth. Kudos and good luck to her. I am under her guidance since 2 months and planning to continue post natal also.
Simple and Effective Sessions
The sessions are very simple and effective with small flexible batches and personal supervision and guidance. Wish they were everyday and of longer duration. Overall a great experience.
