We had no idea when we panic bought our tickets for Eras tour (all that was left were hotel packages) that we had randomly selected to stay somewhere super fancy…not.a.clue.

We got these tickets right in the middle of the court battle for financial separation & the divorce…so to say that it was a relief to have something good to look forward to (because I knew 2023 was going to be rough for us) is an understatement!
…& it was….
probably the roughest year since we 1st separated, because it was coming down to the nitty gritty & “he” was being difficult about everything, every.step.of.the.way…because #Narcissist & #22yearsofDV

Fast forward to February 2024, (after a 5 year, 8 month & 13 day battle), we are finally free & able to celebrate & enjoy something nice that was just ours.

#TheLanghamMelbourne has officially become our favourite hotel in the world (& we have stayed at some gorgeous fancy ones…but none were PINK!)…we would love to go back “one day” & stay for longer to really enjoy the whole experience a little more, (because we were at the concert for much of our stay…)
but this was exactly what we needed, so thanks for spoiling us for the night, the attention to detail is incredible, I mean…who has a chocolate fountain at the breakfast buffet & strawberries & blueberries & chamomile tea by the pool?!

I have zero complaints about the hotel package at Sheraton Grand, Sydney Hyde Park. The room was stunning, staff were lovely. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely insane. A huge variety of food that was all cooked to perfection. Plus the unforgettable A reserve ticket. Section A7 was unreal, and all for about $800 per person! Insane value. I am definitely a happy girl.

My stay at the Langham Melbourne was amazing. So much so that my boyfriend and I now plan to spend a couple nights there the next time we're in Melbourne!

Would 100% recommended. From the welcome drinks on arrival, friendly staff and close proximity to Central Station, our Eras Tour Experience was 10/10. Would definitely look at hotel packages for future tours.

Hotel was nice and in a convenient location. Size of the rooms was generous.

My group had x2 packages of x2 concert tickets (x4 tickets/people with x2 City King rooms at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park).

The TS concert was on Friday 23rd Feb and we added extra nights (Thursday 22nd, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th) through the Sound Travel website.

However, when checking-in on Thursday, the hotel staff advised they only had the extra nights booked for x1 room. The 2nd room only had the Friday night.

I tried to explain both rooms are under the one booking on Sound Travel. There is only one reference number provided and no option to select the extra nights for specific rooms - only the entire booking which is for 2 rooms so I assumed the extra nights were booked for both rooms.

I had to ask to speak with a manager at the hotel because the issue wasn't getting resolved. They said it was an issue with the third party (Sound Travel) despite me having no option but to go through them because that's how the tickets were administered.

Extreme anxiety and panic ensued because we now didn't have accommodation for 2 people for that night and the following nights after the concert. I knew everything would be booked out or expensive.

This lasted for approximately 30minutes until the manager at the hotel confirmed the amount I had paid only covered the extra nights for 1 room so I would therefore have to pay for any extra nights booked for the 2nd room. Thankfully, they had a spare room available and we were all able to stay.

The stress incurred from the booking system definitely ruined the day for us and meant the start of our trip didn't get off to a good start.

I believe this could have been avoided if Sound Travel had a clearer website/portal for bookings with multiple packages and extra nights.

The price of did not reflect what we got for out money. The five-star hotel was small, noisy, and the request made far in advance for 2 separate beds was ignored and not even communicated to the hotel, as the manager had no idea it was meant to be two beds.

The only 5 star quality about the Four Seasons was the breakfast buffet.

The 'free travel' back from the concert was simply the train, which was free for everyone anyway. This is very poorly communicated.

Overall, I would not trust this company to organise a trip for me again. At least if I did it myself, I would have had the trip I wanted.

The Eras Tour was my first experience using Sound Travel and it was a really positive one. Everything was organised very seamlessly with zero need for my interference. Sound Travel made it incredibly easy to request room configurations and add extra nights accommodation. The Langham hotel was nothing short of gorgeous! I had a wonderful stay with no complaints. Booking the hotel and ticket package was a stress free option, as finding accommodation in Melbourne during the tour was both difficult and expensive for those who didn't. I quite literally saved $$$$ booking with Sound Travel. I highly recommend them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

A stress-free experience from beginning to end, I couldn't have wished for a better company to deal with than Sound.

With all of the nightmare stories about tickets being stolen online and messy hotel experiences, there was an air of trepidation. It was seamless.

From the check in at the Hyatt Regency Sydney, through to the concert and check out, everything was simple, easy and perfect. Any changes we made to the booking were handled professionally and with courtesy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sound again in a similar circumstance.

Sound Travel is absolutely amazing from the start to finish. Sending us greetings and welcome emails to keep us up to date with tour and hotel infos.
Hassle-free check in when we arrive at Sheraton Hyde Park, Sydney. Not to mention they are able to secure options for additional nights of stay in the hotel in such peak periods.
Considering prices for everything were hiked up during the concert period, packages offered by SoundTravel has seen to be quite reasonable.
Will definitely buying another tour + hotel package with them.

Sound Travel were amazing, providing feedback to questions with prompt friendly replies.
My only issue was when booking, it indicated that the hotel was 1.5kms from the MCG...but it was actually more like 3.5kms. Which made getting home after the concert in the massive crowds very frustrating.

Zero issues. Painless process and very impressed with the level of support provided.
