My parcel was marked as delivered, but it was never delivered to my house. I contacted the company immediately and asked them to open an investigation with Royal Mail. They outright refused to do so and simply claimed the parcel had been delivered successfully.
Despite me explaining that I had not received the item, also showing proof it was delivered different address, they refused to contact Royal Mail, refused to investigate further and closed my claim without any meaningful assistance. Their only response was to tell me to dispute the payment with my bank.
A good company supports its customers when deliveries go missing. This company did the exact opposite and completely washed its hands of the situation.
If your parcel goes missing, don’t expect any help or customer service from this business. Based on my experience, once they have your money, you’re on your own.
Very disappointed and would never order from them again.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about your frustration. We take every missing parcel report seriously, so I'd like to explain what we found when we investigated.
As explained when you contacted us, we reviewed the full delivery record linked to your tracking number. This showed a proof-of-delivery photo of the parcel being received at your address at the front door, along with GPS coordinates logged at the point of delivery that match your delivery address. All this evidence can be found with the tracking number.
Because the courier's records confirmed successful delivery to the correct address with proof of a recipient receiving it at the address, we can’t raise a loss claim on this occasion. Here the record was consistent.
I completely understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and I'm sorry for the disappointment.

Your order was placed on 23rd March after the daily cut-off time. It was then dispatched on 27th March and delivered on 28th March. In total, this was a 4-day turnaround from order to delivery.
As outlined during checkout and within our shipping policy, both our standard tracked delivery and free delivery on orders over £200 typically arrive within 2–4 working days. This timeframe is provided to account for any potential delays outside of our control, although most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. If we ever anticipate delays beyond this, we always aim to notify customers in advance.
Throughout the process, we remained in contact and responded to your emails with updates. Following delivery, no concerns were raised regarding the quality or stitching of the item, so we weren’t given the opportunity to investigate or resolve the issue at that time.
We always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied and would have been more than happy to assist with a resolution, whether that be a refund or exchange depending on the circumstances. Additionally, we would have gladly offered a discount code for a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill.
We genuinely want all our customers to have a positive experience and always remain more than willing to help with any issues.

I recently purchased an ASICS T-shirt and shorts set from you for my holiday. The order arrived on time and the process was straightforward, which I appreciated. I wore the set once while away and, upon returning home, washed it exactly according to the care instructions on the label.
After that first wash, I noticed that the printing on the item had peeled significantly. This is clearly not what would be expected from a brand-new ASICS product after a single wear and a correct wash.
When I reached out, I was advised that you “didn’t send a faulty item out.” While I understand that items are checked before dispatch, this does not change the fact that the product has developed a clear manufacturing or quality issue after only one use. This falls short of reasonable expectations under the Consumer Rights Act and now £110 out of pocket for items I’ve used once and will not use again. Sourcedinuk are taking absolutely no responsibility for selling faulty goods — I actually question whether it was a fake set that I received as I’ve never had this issue buying direct from ASICS!

Thank you for getting in touch, and I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your item.
I've investigated this carefully. Your order was delivered on 2nd October, and the issue was first raised on 19th October. In that time the item was taken on holiday, worn and washed. Because it has been used and washed, it unfortunately falls outside our returns policy, which covers unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
Every item we sell is checked thoroughly twice, once when it arrives with us and again as it's prepared for dispatch, and all our items are 100% authentic. We're therefore confident it left us in the appropriate condition. Having reviewed the details, we don't believe the item is faulty; We recommend following the care instructions on the label closely, we are always happy to help you recommended steps for specific items if need be.
I appreciate this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but I hope this helps clarify the situation.
