I used this service to purchase an exclusive book bundle only available through an online Italian retailer. Was referred to SourceItaly and as expected everything went smoothly. Swift reply to ALL communications and fast despatch from Italy to UK. Accurate paperwork obviously minimised the post-Brexit hassle. Allowed me to continue with my Amazon It and eBay It purchases. Top tip - read HMRC import guidelines carefully. Small, lower value gifts are still duty free but all must be clearly stated in paperwork.
