Great company we arrived early for our slot but the still came and pick up our cars just a 2 min walk to the ship rang as we were coming off the ship and our cars were waiting with a gentleman in the car park with our cars great service will definitely use again

I was worried initially but I must say they have exceeded all my expectations and much better service from some of the reputed parking companies in Southhampton and price was the jackpot.
Overall I will give 200/100.

We used this company for car parking during a recent cruise from Southampton. Drop off was fine - quick, easy, friendly, convenient. Pickup, however, was an absolute nightmare! We were told to ring a half hour before we needed our car, so we called and spoke to someone at about 7:30am - no problem, our car would be there soon. We arrive to the collection point a little after 8, to be told our car should arrive by 9 - not great. 9 rolls past, then 10 - no car, no answer to calls on the phone line, no more info other than “it will be here soon”. Dozens of us were in exactly the same position, and port workers who showed up told us they’d done this across multiple ships arriving on the same morning. We were eventually told at least some of the cars are in a JD Sports parking lot nearby (!!), without enough drivers to handle the task of bringing them to us. Other parking company workers told us these people have gone out of business several times, only to resurface with a different company name.

Our car finally arrived around 12pm, after 4 hours of waiting in a parking lot with no shade, no food or drinks, and no seating. Most of the other punters had already left, many of them having arrived well after us. One poor chap was still waiting, and he had arrived an hour before us. A complete and utter shambles. Our plans to collect our dog needed to be changed at great inconvenience, and we ended up hitting the traffic we had woken up early to avoid - doubling our travel time.

These are not professionals and they do not provide the service they charge for. Avoid this fly-by-night operation like the plague!!

This company tell you that your vehicle is in a secure compound with CCTV. Our car was parked in an NCP car park as they left the ticket on the seat. There was no member of staff when we disembarked and we were left waiting for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY. We were one of probably 200 people waiting for over two hrs for our car. We had young tired children hence booking a meet and greet service but this was an appalling service.

Very very difficult to get hold of anyone when we arrived back at Southampton, number either engaged or out of service. When we finally got through we were told lie after lie about why our car wasn’t there. Barrier broken at the car park, the car on its way, the car will be 20 minutes, the service doesn’t start until 9:30 etc etc.

We ended up going in search of our car ourselves whilst still trying to get hold of the company. We finally managed to meet someone from the company outside the NCP car park half a mile away.

I have very mixed opinions on this company and the service provided. I would give this a 2.5 star rating.

We booked this via a third party website for a weeks cruise from Southampton Ocean Terminal.

The email confirmation provided us with a contact number to let the driver know when we were 20 mins away so he could meet us at the terminal. I text the number 20 mins before arrival and received a quick reply which was fab.

The booking confirmation said to drive into the short stay car park opposite the cruise terminal arrivals area, to meet the driver by the grey booth. There was no grey booth and no signage to say where the driver was. So my husband stayed in the car while I went to chat to anyone standing around who might be the company. No one knew who the company was. 10 minutes later the driver got out of a vehicle with Uber eats written on it and Just Eat bags in the boot. He called my name saying he was here to collect the car.

Apprehensively I gave him the car keys and we headed off to board the ship.

On our return back to Southampton terminal the paperwork said to text the driver to let him know what time we would be disembarking. Which we did giving him a couple of hours notice.

We headed to the short stay car park and found our car was there waiting for us which was great, however there was a large group of passengers stood around a few people from the company who were handing out keys. We just joined the group assuming it was the same company we had used, as again there was no signage.

This was absolute chaos! There were people with cars but they didn't have the keys and others with keys and no car.

There were three members of staff with a plastic box with polly pockets with keys in. You had to shout out your reg number and work your way around all three people. whilst other passengers were also trying to do the same. No one had my keys. They said someone else was on their way down with more keys. I find this most bizarre as someone would have used the car key to move my car to the car park.

On a positive note my car was in one piece was just how we had left it, not much change in the mileage or fuel.

The company need to look at the drop off and collection system to make it more efficient and less chaotic. There were stressed customers and stressed staff.

A week after arriving home we received a parking charge of £60 from Parking Eye who run the shot stay parking for the day we dropped the car off and I am assuming another one will arrive soon for the day we collected the car.

I have not approached Southampton Port Parking about this charge yet but will be contacting them to reimburse me these charges.

The email confirmation when we parked says "Once you have received your keys and collected your vehicle please leave the short stay car park within 10 minutes. If you wish to stay longer then pay machines are available on site in order to pay for the extra time."

We had concerns using this company. BUT what fantastic service they provided us with. We had meet & greet and the process could not have gone smoother. Guys were there upon our arrival both outgoing and return. First class all the way. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thank you.

Brilliant. Prompt both journeys. Good price. On arrival back, Collected within minutes. (Last time we used bigger company who partnered with west quays taxi who left us waiting for nearly TWO hours on arrival back) . These guys were great. Will use next time

Co-owner Nisha was very friendly and helpful when we realised our van was too high for the car park barrier (check height of vehicle before you leave, max 1.9m). Make sure you allow plenty of time as the traffic getting to Southampton Port is very busy at all times.

As well as providing a good and timely experience for our cruise the guys went above and beyond for us, helping us out with recovery of our car at there car park after we had a bump on the way, it meant that we didn't miss out boat and it took all the stress away from us! Can not thank these guys enough!

Everything was perfect. dropped car off, straight in shuttle to boat. Coming back didnt wait long to get back to car
