The customer service I received was second to none. I had an issue that some items that were damaged in transport, no fault of Southern sheeting, but the items were replaced next day after a brief email exchange with a gentleman called Liam. It's such a breath of fresh air to deal with a great company and staff.
I'll definitely be recommending them and will use them for any projects I can in the future. Thanks

My initial and further contact with Mark was very efficient and positive , very quick response to any queries and competitive pricing. Was looking forward to getting delivery which arrived on time. One thing could be markedly improved though was the strapping the Trex boards to the flat bed lorry base , l mentioned to the driver that due to the straps tying the boards they were distorted by a very noticeable amount , his answer was no problem on my query but due to this undue pressure and therefore distortion this has made my fitting of boards much more difficult so much so that l have had to attempt to pressure boards in opposite direction to get them flat, not good. A very simple solution is to only tie / put strapping on positions where there is direct support under pressure point/ load. I am pleased with the boards but this has, as l have said much more difficult

This company is fantastic and very helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. I have been quoted very high prices to renew my garage roof and found southern sheeting on the Internet who made the items are required for this job. I phoned them and spoke to James, who saidif I sent him pictures and the measurements of the garage he would see if he could find somebody to do the job. A few days later to my surprise a man called Tony phoned me up and said that they recommended him to do the job, gave me a price which was excellent and came back a few days later to complete the job. Southern sheeting delivered the items right on time when the roofers had not been here long. they done a beautiful job. This all happened because I asked southern sheeting to help me. I highly recommend this company and a person they recommended.
