Ordered a sweatshirt off Facebook in size XXL - Took several weeks and when it finally arrived it was size S (Small). Contacted supplier via email and supplier said it would cost too much to ship back so I should donate to someone and then purchase another one? Hello ?? Avoid this scammer at ll costs!!

I bought a hat way before Christmas, never got it. Was told it is at a warehouse in Chicago and I was to call the warehouse. Spent 1hr 52min on hold and was told the company had to call. They will give me a refund if I send the hat back. I don't have the hat! I got Scammed.

I have been trying to reach you but it seems hopeless!! I ordered a sweatshirt, got 3 and would like to return 2 of them. How do I return them? I am keeping the one I ordered. For some reason I got 2 of what I ordered, and the third one is wrong size and color!! Please help me.

I placed two orders with this company, the first was delivered about a month after I placed it. The second has yet to come. The first said it was lost in shipping, then they said I had "NO such address", and they took it to their warehouse. It was the SAME address as the first one, and they found that. Now they want me to contact the warehouse "near me". The first phone number would put it only 800 miles away, and the second number almost 2000 miles away. I called several times, and I automatically go on hold. I gave up and hung up after 35 minutes on hold, and the other time, my phone ran out of charge, and not answer. BAD NEWS, CROOKED, THIEVES.

I find it hard to believe you have an overall rating of 4.0 This whole order experience has been a cluster of unknowns. NO tracking, NO customer service, NO responses of value, NO attempt to rectify the issues, NO answers, just excuses. I find it ironic that their policy on orders, cancelations, returns are so rigid. Placed my order on Nov. 29, 2024 and have not received any info or package and it's Jan. 1, 2025!! Unacceptable. They wasted no time debiting my account for the money the next day, yet haven't mentioned a credit for this HUGE inconvenience. I have asked for a complete refund for the product and a $50.00 charge for the work I have done so far trying to obtain answers. This company needs to rethink this business if they are unable to produce orders.

Just received my order. Shipping took forever. The quality is good. But the writing on the sweatshirts is so dark. You can hardly see what it says. Something that I was really looking forward to giving as a gift, is now a disappointment because you can barely read what it says. 😞

Ordered a "sweatshirt" for my husband on November 19th received somewhere around December 20th. Wrapped gift without opening plastic pouch. Poor quality. Not a sweatshirt at all, some kind of slick fabric. Asked customer service for an RMA form to return it and they told me shipping cost too high so just keep it and order something else with a 20% discount!! Seriously!! Very poor customer service!! Do not order from this company!!

If I could give this farce of a "company" a zero, that's what it would be. DO NOT order from this place. For example, if you order a shirt and want a name on the sleeve, it more than likely will be crooked. I have contacted them at least ten times. They must be in China because I never get a response until about 1 am Central Time. They do not understand what your complaint is and you have to repeat it continually. I will be contacting the BBB because they are definitely scamming and cheating Americans if not others. PLUS, you won't get your order for at least three weeks if not longer.

Ordered shirt in November for Christmas. Haven’t heard from the company nor have I received the merchandise.

Placed order on Dec. 9th. After hearing nothing I sent email on Dec. 18. Next day I get email that order will arrive in my country soon. On Dec. 19th I sent an email to cancel the order and wanted a refund . These were Xmas gifts and obviously would not arrive in time. Six day later I received email that order can't be cancelled as it has been shipped. This company it bogus. Should have looked into it. Now dealing w trying to get a refund

Was good product design and easy to use website

The worse. Product in photo is not what you get. It is extremely poor quality and cheaply made. Tried to return per their return policy and they told me I had to return in another country and the shipping would cost more than the product “per their comment”.

Ordered December1 for Christmas gift. Just got notuce of shipment. Inquired Dec 19 and blamed postal struke. Wrote back to cancel order. Shipped anyway.

One complaint. Seems like the shipping is incredibly slow.

Ordered my shirt on December 11th 2024 for a Christmas gift. Have yet to receive any shipping information. The only information I have received is the order goes thru customs. Also received multiple adds an discount offers.

I haven't had any updates 😕 and was hoping to get this before Christmas as it is a gift 😕 now I'm running out at last minute so they have something to open ughhh

I ordered 2 sweatshirts on 12/13 and have received zero communication. I have emailed three times and no response. In looking at their facebook site, I see a lot of posts with comments and angry faces, however, when I click on the comments, they are conveniently not visible to read.
I have contacted my CC to dispute the charges because this is nothing but a scam.

Order placed on December 12th. No confirmation email. No response sent to my email. Tracking numbers don't work. I am disputing the charge on my credit card until I receive the item.

No replies to multiple emails regarding an order that was placed, no updates. Assuming it's a bogus company that just takes people's money with no actual product
