The wrong sweatshirt was sent! I wanted the one that said, I’ll Be In The Garage not one that had to do with Golfing!! Can you fix it please.

Do not order from this company. I placed and order 11/6/24, did not arrive, attempted to contact the company via the email address that is noted on their website, message did not go thru, email is bogus, unable to obtain a phone number.

Easy wording process - no specific delivery date was indicated so I hope everything gets here by Christmas! Waiting for a tracking number. Thanks

It was difficult choosing the color of the material and I was unaware that I choose the wrong color until after the purchase was made.

I placed my order on November 20, 2024. Still have not received it as of today December 11, 2024. On the website it says Southfaces is in Illinois. But my order is being shipped from China (PK4,or whatever, is a China shipping Co.). Tracking says it shipped like 3 days after ordering and as of yesterday tracking still shows the same, just shipped, no further info on where it is.

On the checkout page, show the format for phone number. I tried several before you accepted it.

Great website. Competitive prices. Can't wait for these Holiday gifts to reach their targets.

I placed an order on December 08, 2024. I had a question about the order and e-mailed the company (the e-mail address for customer service) about it and I never received a reply. Makes me wonder if this company is legit. WILL BE CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY to dispute this charge. After reading alot of reviews, seems like the item is never delivered after ordering.

I had a 10% coupon for being a new customer, but when applied it took me below the free shipping amount. It was a better deal to get the free shipping, so I deleted my 10% off. I was disappointed not to get both deals. I'm hoping the t-shirts are nice.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping. It has been three weeks since I ordered. It says my order has shipped but the tracking seems to be “made up”. I have sent over 10 emails to them and have not received one response or acknowledgment even though their contact info says they will respond within 24 hours. I consider this an expensive shirt and am so disappointed by the loss of my money. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company. So BUYER BEWARE! DONT BUY FROM THEM!
UPDATE! I finally received my order and if I was mad before I am even madder now. The shirt is the cheapest fabric they could find. I paid extra to have a name put on the cuff. You guessed it - no name! AND no cuff! Horrible company, horrible people. They scammed a 67 year old grandmother out of $50. 😥. Karma will get them.

Ordered sweatshirt on Nov. 19. Told item was shipped, then it couldn’t be delivered. No reason, no communication. Searched on line reviews, I’m afraid this company is a SCAM! Will turn over to Better Business Bureau and Attorney General of FL.

Order Shipped

I have reached out several times by email about my order and have received no response. It has been over a week that it says my order is on its way and when I go to the tracking it shows there is a problem with the tracking number that they gave me. This is very disappointing not even getting a response

I love the product however I felt the shipping was way too high for 1 T-shirt. Also I've recieved no response as to when the product will be delivered.

Too early to tell, but giving the benefit of the doubt.
