Very happy with a new driveway.
We booked South Resin after seeing an advert on Facebook, we were slightly dubious at first as we've never booked workmen in that way before. We met with Alan, who provided us with a quote - he was brilliant. Very informative and not at all pushy. We decided to go ahead with a new double driveway, and I'm really glad that we did.
Ardy and the team arrived for the prep day and worked very hard. (They were quite messy unfortunately - our lawn and our neighbour's driveway were both left in a poor state afterwards.) The team in the office were quick to reassure us that the mess would be cleared/rectified, and eventually it was.
Ardy's dad (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name) arrived 10 days later to complete the resin and the transformation is stunning! We couldn't be happier with the finished result. Annoyingly our cat managed to get out and have a wander on the resin before it had fully set, but Ardy and the team went out of their way to return to the property before the resin had finished curing so they could trowel out the footprints. We were incredibly grateful for their help.
I've only marked them down for the untidiness and the slightly aggressive way in which they wanted paying there and then. I paid over the phone the day after each phase was completed (I think this is perfectly reasonable.)
I would also say that we were slightly put off by the unbranded vans - it felt slightly amateur.
Ultimately though, we are incredibly happy with the look of the new driveway and we cannot fault the team for their hard work.

Ardi and the whole family certainly are hard workers, and were more than happy to pop back out to fix those unexpected cat footprints before the resin cured—we know how easily these little accidents happen!
We also want to sincerely apologise for the areas where we fell short of our usual standards.
We are sorry for the initial mess left during the prep day; thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could quickly reassure you and get it rectified.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the payment process and the unbranded vans.
We never want our customers to feel pressured, and we will be reviewing how we communicate the payment terms upon completion of a phase. Regarding the vans, we occasionally use secondary vehicles during busy periods, but we completely understand how that impacts first impressions, we now have started the process of sign writing the vans.
Ultimately, we are delighted that the hard work paid off and that you love the finished driveway. Thank you again for choosing us and for your constructive feedback—it helps us improve.

Fantastic job!
This has got to be the hardest working team I have ever seen. They have done an unbelievable job on a our very awkwardly shaped and very steep garden. I cannot praise the work ethic of these guys more highly and the finished product looks brilliant. They are not happy until the client is happy. Perfect parking space at last
Dan and his company were truly impressive and professional despite the very challenging weather we have had for the past few months.
They arrived on time and worked so hard over 3 days - without a break- I have never had workmen that didn’t stop for long coffee/ tea breaks !!
I have had a lot of jealous neighbours admiring the work and I truly hope to see more South resin drives up and down the road.
I now have such peace of mind with this product - no more flooding, weeding or potholes!

I'm always a bit uncertain about Facebook posts, but I'm pleased I took notice of this one! From the first message I was made to feel listened to, I had a genuine interest in what I wanted to achieve for the driveway. From quotation to completion,a special thanks goes to Nigel, Dan, Ardi and Sam, the team, they were all very professional. The driveway has been transformed from loose stone to a beautiful resin finish. So much better! I would highly recommend it.

Our new-to-us house had a driveway that was impossible to turn around in, and was difficult to back out of, and a front 'lawn' that was a badger-ravaged nightmare of grass and weeds. The South Resin Co. has transformed the front of our house into a FABULOUS resin and granite chip drive. Such a smooth operation, so thoroughly done at all stages and with such nice people to have working on our property. South Resin is HIGHLY recommended!

Resin drive to be proud of
From the initial call to the completion of our resin drive, all the staff were helpful, engaging and obviously out to provide the best finish that fitted our expectations and requirements. I had received a number of quotations and The South Resin Company were the best value with regards costs, timescale, delivery and execution. When undertaking the groundworks the team minimised any nuisance to us and our neighbours leaving a surface suitable for us to us until the resin was laid. The resin was laid on the scheduled day and the finish has significantly improved both our use of our drive and the "kerb appeal" of our home. I would fully recommend The Southern Resin Company who provide a full service. Thank you to all the team who made the works easy to specify and execute.

Exceptionally Good Company
South Resin completed the pathway for us today. The are very neat and clean workers who left the driveway spotless after they finished. The work they did was exceptional and we cannot fault them, believe me we are very particular. I would also like to thank Sam in the office who is helpful and made everything go smoothly. When we were told materials were being delivered, they arrived and the team arrived exactly when they said they would, no need to chase. It made everything go smoothly. Highly recommended
