Easily the best gym I have ever trained in, It has the perfect collection of machines and weights to suit any kind of weightlifting discipline and really for anyone from beginner to those with years of experience. For bodybuilding there are numerous variations of machine's for every body part with some of the machines being the only of its kind in Ireland also boasting a very impressive dumbbell area that goes all the way to 80kg and 8 squat racks. For those looking to get super fit there is a new cardio area which is always very clean and has plenty of stair masters, treadmills and bikes to name but a few to choose from. There is also plenty of equipment for Interval, Hiit and bootcamp Training. Powerlifting and Olympic lifters can enjoy a whole host of speciality bars, plates and competition standard benches. Strongmen can enjoy a stone run from 80 to 160 kg with varying height platforms, heavy tyres and plenty of farmer's walks and even a Viking press. If the equipment wasn't good enough the atmosphere and community in the gym is incredible everyone I have met in here are sound and very welcoming. The staff are also very helpful and do a great job at keep the place clean and tidy.

I had been searching for a high-end strength/conditioning gym in Dublin and finally found the holy grail. Excellent facilities, regularly updated equipment to rival that of an NFL team. The staff are very knowledgeable and easygoing. The highlight of my week!

Really well kept gym , always clean and a great ethos amongst members of keeping the place clean and making sure equipment is put back and kept well.
Really friendly staff who have adapted to covid rules and kept the place running smoothly.

A really well equipped, clean and friendly gym. I visit whenever I'm in Dublin. I wish the county I live in had a facility like this. Their social media game is great too.

Expertly equipped gym, every item has been consciously picked with the user at mind and no expense spared on the maintenance and upkeep of every inch of the gym floors.

Staff are fantastic and friendly and meet every need of clients.

I have been a member since the first day and the changes in southside gym have been unbelievable. I have trained nearly every gym in dublin over 33 years of training and no gym comes close to Southside gym from the equipment from cardio to machines to free weights .The staff and personnel trainers or top professionals in there field of training .It's a pleasure to train there from friendly staff to management. Keep up the good work southside gym .
