Watch is good quality think it should last. Was bit frustrating to set up but fine once done. Mobile plan simple to set up. Better if it was waterproof rather than splash proof so 4 stars.

I’ve been using the Spacetalk Adventurer 2 for a while, and overall I’ve had a pretty positive experience. I really like the concept. The calling, GPS tracking, and SOS features are genuinely useful and give me extra peace of mind.

There have been a few minor hiccups, but nothing that’s been a dealbreaker for us.

Overall, it does what it’s designed to do and provides a nice balance between safety and independence. A solid option for parents looking for a kid-friendly smartwatch.

Spacetalk has a local customer support team, which is refreshing these days. I can see that the product is getting more advanced over time which means they actually care about improving the experience. Cool features too.

Watch is quite sturdy and decent quality for the money. I see the comments but my own experience has been ok. My kid loves it which is the main thing and keeps him off a phone a bit longer. App can be a bit confusing but when set up works well.

I bought the Spacetalk watch for my goddaughter so she could walk home from school independently, and it has genuinely been a game changer for our whole family. The ability for her to call us, and for us to call her whenever we need to check in gives everyone such peace of mind. Knowing we can track her location in real time means she gets the independence she was so excited about, and we get the reassurance we needed to feel comfortable letting her do it. It's been invaluable. Highly recommend to any parent or guardian in a similar situation.

Awesome product! Let's me see where all of my family members are at any given time. My youngest uses the Spacetalk watch, but everyone else is using the app on their iPhones and it all works great. Would recommend.

Love the new brand as compared to the old one! I'm enjoying the new look and feel - the UI feels much more sleek.

Great product! I use the app to track my kids. It alerts me when they arrive or leaves home or school, and lets me see where the family is really easily. My youngest has an Adventurer 2 watch which also lets us video call, and I can control who she connects with. My teenage son has a phone and has the app on his phone, so we can all keep in contact and I can see where he is, and tell when he's running late (which is all the time!)

We’ve had a really positive experience with Spacetalk overall. My son uses the Adventurer2 watch and one of the standout features for us has been the private video calling and family group chat.

Everything is secure from the app to the device, which is a big deal as a parent. Being able to video call or message within a closed family group gives us confidence while still keeping things really easy for our son to use.

Like many, we did experience a few hiccups when the new app first launched. That said, the customer support team were genuinely helpful and responsive, and after updating to the latest version of the app everything has been running really smoothly.

It’s clear the product is continuing to improve, and for us it’s become a really valuable way to stay connected as a family. Would definitely recommend 👍

We’ve had a great experience with Spacetalk. My son uses the Adventurer2 watch and our whole family uses the app, which has been incredibly easy to set up and use day to day.

One feature we absolutely love is the “Places” alerts. We’ve set up multiple locations like school, home, and even places like Coogee Beach, and we all get notified when someone arrives or leaves. It’s such a simple idea but makes a huge difference in keeping everyone connected and giving us peace of mind.

It’s been a really positive experience for our family and I’d highly recommend Spacetalk to other parents.

I gifted Spacetalk to my sister. It is a solid choice for keeping track of the kids without giving them a full smartphone. It’s pretty straightforward to set up and the tracking very handy when the kids are walking home from school.

I would give it no stars if o were able to. The adventurer watch is ok but haven’t been able to use the video calls at all. We’ve always struggled with the app. The latest upgrade has made the watch complete unusable AND UNSAFE! We urgently need to delete a contact but unable to and customer service weren’t able to. It’s now been with the engineers for days and still unable to delete a contact.

Like so many reviews on this site stay right away from this company two weeks after my son had his watched he needed to be repaired. I sent the watch back to them. They’ve had it four months. They first said that they can replace the watch for a cheaper price when I agreed they then said they had no stock despite their website at every retailer in Australia having stock their emails and generic emails probably written by AI and changes the name of the user time they ignore my emails now for four months finally they promised to refund my mobile plan money, but they asked me to delete my account first after I deleted it. They asked me to provide proof. They are complete liars and did not do as they promised. I asked them to return my faulty watch back as they refuse to do so as well. Stay away from this company at all cost total scam.

I have been requesting data credit that was never used for 3 months they have done nothing but muck me around never ever deal with Spacetalk horrible experience still waiting on credit in my account..steer clear of them !!!

The watch didn’t function properly, and customer service is only available via email, with responses taking up to a day. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Really good quality makes it well worth the price, haven't seen any other wearable tech product come close to this

Fast shipping, watch was easy to set up too

It allowed my whole family to coordinate everything. Even when we were separated, our kids could contact us and each other, plus we could see where they were. The watches are still working perfectly months after we bought them.
