Impossible to find something near you, and as a result, I'll be kissing my gift card goodbye. Seems like a great way to take people's money for no services rendered.

This card was purchased at Costco and…

This card was purchased at Costco and each time I have tried to use, the notification to the vendor is "declined" even though there is a balance on the card. This is the second time I have experienced the issue and I even called Spafinder and their customer service rep said "the system wasn't working" and hung up. I called back and was hung up on again. At this point, do NOT buy the card.

2.25.2026- Spafinder indicates they will contact me. We will see if they do. I am not too confident based on their customer service thus far.

2.26.2026- Spafinder emailed me for card information. Question is will they do anything with the information provided?

3.17.2026- Spafinder resolved the issue by swapping out the gift cards with "One4All" gift cards that can be used in a variety of ways. Thank you

Fraudulent charges

Never used this company before, but had fraudulent charges for .46 .86 and .72 cents. Currently doing an investigation and it points in the direction that someone from the company is putting holds on my card to see if it works, and eventually would use the card for larger purchases. This company should be shut down.

Have ordered spafinder gift cards a couple of times and never had an issue using them My most recent order included gift cards that were never activated before they sent them to me and that was when the fun began Tried using them at a spa - spa told me they were never activated at Spafinder.com When I contacted them by phone, I was sent overseas to a call center that transferred the call to many departments without resolution - each dept claiming it was another department that needed to handle the matter Then tried email and it only got worse...do yourself a favor - pick a spa and pay with a credit card Don't buy gift cards from an organiztion like Spafinder.com - companies like these are just not worth doing business with

Spafinder - SCAM - Horrible service

After trying to contact Spafinder customer service I've concluded that this business is basically a scam. I looked online to see who takes the gift card so I could go for a massage - there were only 3 locations listed and one of them was showing they are closed down, one of the others said you have to receive chiropractic service along with the massage! I can't really say on the 3rd place yet - only got voicemail so let's see if I get a return call. Anyhow the customer service for Spafinder sucks - I could only communicate with someone via chat and the chat box was horrible - it's so far down on the screen you can't really see what your typing until you hit the send button. HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND. BEWARE!

Inconsistent and Unreliable

I received 2 giftcards for my birthday and when I went to use them 1 card came back that it was already used (it was my first massage in years and I received the giftcard months earlier). I then ordered a giftcard for my boss and it was never sent. I tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times and never got a response. They have multiple customer service phone #s and so figuring out which one is the right one is not easy. If you don't have the card # you have google "SpaFinder customer service #" otherwise they only option is to fill out a form they never look at. I would NOT recommmend

Great customer service experience!

I recently had a family member pass and we found old gift certificates for spa finder in her belongings( it was a Christmas present from years ago). I went to the website to see if it was still valid, and realized they don’t even issue gift certificates anymore. In a long shot I reached out to see if the certificates were still valid. The team was extremely helpful. They have truly gone out of their way to try and accommodate me and to reissue the certificates into the format they use now. I can’t thank the team enough for the kindness and helpfulness.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. The company also has safety nets in place for fraud, which when suspicious activity occurs, they freeze your card for protection and will reissue a new one to you.

Never again

Never again. Bought it at Costco when they had it as a sale item before Christmas. Went to use at one of their locations and it DIDNT WORK. Called Spa finders today to find out what happened and how to retrieve it. Carlos told me they have nothing to do with Costco! This is FROM SPAFINDER! Don't waste your money. More hassle than what it's worth.

My experience with Spafinder actually…

My experience with Spafinder actually rates zero stars but that’s not a choice. I was generously given a card for my birthday at the end of March. I went to the site and found some products I wanted to purchase. When I pulled the strip off the back of the card, portions of the card number peeled with it. I tried calling the help line a few times but found that I was unable to use it without providing my card number. I sent several messages through the website but have not received any response to date. I am currently trying to use the chat on the site (not the first time as well) and I’m still waiting for a live rep after 20 minutes. Come on, guys! Is this really the experience you want for your customers? I have the proof of purchase so I fee like something could be done, if only I could reach someone who cares. At this point I feel like my family member has wasted his money.

Unresponsive Customer Service

I ordered a gift card and tried to reach customer service to correct the email address the card was being sent to. I got no response when I used Spafinder's contact form, the chat feature never allowed me to chat with a representative, and when I called I could not reach a human being. I am very dissatisfied.

Don’t buy Spa Finder gift cards. You won’t be able to find a spa to use them at. I couldn’t even use it where it was purchased. Shame on this company!

I received two cards and tried to make a purchase with them. I was unable too because although the total of the two cards would cover the purchase, I was told the websites can only process a single card at once. Total waste! As a gift recipient this gift was a huge pain and I would strongly recommend not giving!
