The support staff is amiable & knowledgable. They helped me with what i was looking for. I was finding a domain to fulfil the dream of my life for life blogging. They helped me find one & I am happy & purchased from them. The pricing was reasonable as compared to namecheap & godaddy.

We had been using the service for three years with monthly payments, and everything was fine. However, during our last financial review, we discovered that six months ago, this service had blocked access to the billing page and was automatically creating additional subscriptions in our account. At one point, a new subscription appeared just two minutes after the previous one. As a result, the monthly subscription fee was charged 10 (!) times per month.
The support team was unable to resolve the issue or provide account logs to confirm the subscription creation. They also refused to issue a refund and simply blocked conversations instead of addressing the problem.
This appears to be an intentional scam.

Thank you for your feedback. Lets clear up a few things here.
We use ThriveCart as our subscription and payments cart solution. We don't have any ability to block anyone's access to it.
We worked closely with you and found you weren't receiving emails from ThriveCart, so we updated your email address inside ThriveCart which then gave you access.
We provided you with all of transaction logs from Stripe which showed that all the payments and subscription creations came from an IP address in your country and Stripe also didn't indicate any fraud.
As transactions are handled through ThriveCart to Stripe or Paypal we don't store any bank card details (this is illegal) therefore we can't create new subscriptions.
We provided all the data requested to help you in your situation
Positive experience using the Spamzilla service. The support team responds quickly. Everything you need to check domains is there. I have been using it for over a year. I can safely recommend it.

Thank you for your feedback. Accounts are only disabled when data scraping has been detected. Access is revoked and subscription is canceled.
Totally useless with no support . Do not throw your money in this trash. Spamzilla is actually like a spam that just wastes your time and money. Domains are useless with no ranking or keywords . Also Ahref is not working on this trash unless you buy its plan too which is the lowest one is 100$. in less than 24 hours after sigining I asked them to cancel my plan and refund me and still I have not got a respond. Be away from this Spam.

Sorry to hear you did not receive any response. We do answer 100% of the support tickets received within 24-48hrs. Domains in the database are what is in the market at the current time. You can find many domains for many purposes. Many people want a free trial to filter through our database of domains, but we tried this in the past and people just leave without paying. Which means we couldn't afford all the third party data costs to run the service. Its also a requirement from Ahrefs that if you want to access their data you will need an Ahrefs account.
1/ When you signup for free, you see only a few sites and it is not possible to search, so it is useless.
When you become a member after paying you can do a search but you will find less domains than the free expireddomains and worst; if you search in a niche, most of the results have no data at all.
2/ They do not offer a free trial, of course, otherwise you won't pay.
3/ They do not offer a money back guarantee or a refund which is totally unacceptable for this kind of business.

Thank you for your feedback. We offer a similar service to expireddomains.net but we only keep a certain amount of history in our database. For example, our users are looking at the latest domains every day, so if an expired domain hasn't been registered in 90 days, then its probably has no SEO value.
Many people want a free trial to filter through our database of domains, but we tried this in the past and people just leave without paying. Which means we couldn't afford all the third party data costs to run the service.
We process many refunds that have valid reasons, for example people accidentally forget to cancel their subscription. If its been a few days since the last payment, we always provide a refund.
We don't offer trials as mentioned above, but people will still sign up and try out the service for a few hours or day and then ask for a refund. Based on our Terms of Use this doesn't meet the requirements for a refund.
