Would use them again.
Great experience, struggled to find a genuine version of the parts I needed but they had both. Parts arrived on time and well packaged. Would happily use again.

Great service.
Needed a new timer for my Rangemaster oven. Part on website was a newer version but was confirmed quickly as being compatible, position of wire terminals was slightly different but all explained in enclosed leaflet. Easy to order and very quick delivery.

I required a part for an AGA…
I required a part for an AGA convection, and it was easy to find on the website with detailed labeling and a transparent rundown of shipping details and costs. It arrived on schedule, well-packaged, and without any damage. I've just completed the installation, and everything is functioning perfectly. Continue with the excellent work!

Broken Rangemaster
Needed a PCB board for our oven but had conflicting views on which one. Harrison was brilliant at identifying which one, and clearly has experienced in fault finding. I'd tried calling on a Sat and he phoned back on Mon to see if he could help further. Amazing customer service!

The part was needed for an AGA convection. It was clearly labeled on the webpage and clear description of the shipping process and costs. It was delivered as promised in a good shipping box free of damage. Just finished installing and everything works.
