Took a platinum ring in to be sized down.
They did a great job, ring was cleaned & polished like new before collection.
Communication was excellent.
Staff were pleasant & helpful.
A little more expensive than some quotes I received but the service was excellent.

Alhough my parcel wasn't going to arrive in time , a solution was soon worked out and it arrived in plenty of time , albeit I have to get it re sized after I have gifted it, but it was good to have the gift for my daughters birthday
