I've purchased several items from Sparks, and each time the service has been brilliant! Sparks cares about the customer, and their products are excellent, very highly recommended!

I saw friend using an e-pipe & was impressed by the quality of appearance. He explained the benefits & applauded the quality of service of Sparks. I took his advice & was not disappointed. Will recommend this to my pipe smoking pals who want to be healthier, 'greener' & save money.

I've used Sparks quite a few times now and have been very impressed with everything. Have recommended Sparks to many friends who have started using e-cigs and they have all been very happy too! Good job all round.

I ordered a starter kit from here a month ago, It arrived quickly and was very well packaged, the kit itself is fantastic im down to 1-2 cigarette's a day mostly in the mornings as for the e-liquids I would recommend the vanilla flavor as i find the tobacco flavored liquids mostly taste the same, stick to the sweeter flavors and you can't go wrong. Now on to the customer service one word "brilliant" they were very helpful when i couldn't decide on which starter kit to get and answered every question i had. I recently had a problem with the 2 atomizers that came with the kit so i emailed them on Saturday told them my problem and they sent out some new atomizers today (Monday) honestly a great company with great staff. Unfortunately for me I've been playing around with the vaporizers today and it appears to be a fault with one of the batteries and not the atomizers, I'm pretty sure it's burning to hot i know it's not something I've done because the other battery works fine. I just wish i had gone over everything before sending the email but that's my mistake, overall a brilliant company that I've already recommended to friends and family.

Ordered starter kit which arrived very quickly.. Was superb. As I was checking site I later saw the Surpass pens -ordered 2 of these & what a purchase.. Brilliant 'hit' off these pens. Now in month 3 without Tobacco, so good are these pens

Bought the CE-4 starter kit and a couple of flavours. Everything arrived very quickly well packaged.

The Vapour starter kit works a treat , and is very reasonable , my only problem with it is that after a couple of weeks it started to leak , the service was great and I was sent a new one , but now this ones leaking , dont know if im just unlucky or if this is a common fault , have messaged them today and now waiting to hear feed back , The customer service so far has been exellent , so hoping for a quick response this time too, on the upside I havent smoked for over 3 weeks :-) . Update.... I spoke to a really nice guy who rang today and is replacing for me , the product and customer service is 2nd to none , well done sparks and thankyou .

My husband and I ordered the E Go starter kit as we are both smokers and want to use the E cigs in an attempt to stop smoking. the order arrived within three days which was good. I found the instructions rather vague and had to look online for more information, and had to ring the Sparks helpline for more information which was given in a very professional manner.
The E cig is very good and my husband and I have been using them for five days now and neither of us has wanted a "real" cigarette.

First purchase not up to standard but immediately replaced with satisfactory item Impressed by speed of sorting problem out
