Was easy to order, descriptions of items were accurate, follow up by staff were spot on. Setting up the delivery service was a breeze- room of choice, assembly and debris clean up.
Delivery (4/10/2026)was a non stressful event, the delivery guys, Andre and Erwin were awesome- fast and efficient, did a fantastic job!( pls forward to Giga cloud logistics).
Sofa ( Bamton) was just what we needed. Perfect size and of good quality!

The item isn't properly secured in the box with ties, so it falls open when you open the box. I haven't been able to sit on it because I can't put it together, but the fabric feels generic and rough.

As we discussed in our latest email after you confirmed you were able to complete the assembly, we’re glad you were able to get it sorted. The Napa utilizes a tension-based frame that requires a precise upright angle during Step 1 to ensure the screw holes remain perfectly aligned. If the frame shifts out of this position during setup, it can create the misalignment you experienced.
Regarding the quality, the Napa is engineered with a heavy-duty steel frame and high-density foam to ensure it functions as a durable 3-in-1 piece. Since you’ve just received it, it’s important to note that the professional-grade foam does have a brief break-in period to reach its intended comfort level.
We have provided these technical insights and some tips on the adjustable comfort features over email. We are currently waiting for your confirmation that the unit is fully stable so we can move forward with a resolution that ensures you are happy with your purchase.

Interesting that I previously wrote a review that was never posted. This is absolutely the most ridiculous product and company! The beds are as hard as a tile floor! The product is extremely heavy but not well-made. Trust me that your pet wouldn’t even want to sleep or sit on it. Customer service is a joke as they don’t come back to pick up the sofa if you are do not want it. Trust me that you will never feel more deceived in your life. The items are junk. The foam was cut to crib size and while they say it is returnable they told me to sit on it to soften it up! My floor is more comfortable. Taking product apart and packaging would require several extremely strong people and the purchase of additional packaging (furniture quality boxes). Unreal. The only way they are in business is through deception. If you buy anyway; I told you so..

Return Logistics: To clarify, we do offer home pick-up for all returns. However, per our policy and freight safety standards, items must be securely packaged for transport before they are collected. Since you no longer had the original packaging and didn't want to pack it, we went a step further by researching and providing you with local resources to help you source the materials needed to protect the item during transit.
Financial Assistance: To assist with the costs of this return, we offered to waive our standard handling fees entirely, ensuring you receive the maximum refund possible.
Topper Sizing: We have proposed a direct solution to resolve the sizing concerns with your mattress toppers to ensure you have the correct fit.
Product Quality: Our furniture uses high-density foam designed for longevity. While this can feel firm initially, it is a hallmark of a durable product that provides excellent support and will not sag over time.
Our team remains standing by and is ready to answer any questions or provide further assistance to help you complete your return.

Great product and even better customer service
I bought the Alure 2 Seat Sofa Bed several years ago for our spare room / office space. It's a great option for infrequent guests in a small space, I would definitely recommend the mattress topper as its pretty firm. A few months ago we had a guest over and one of the legs gave out (had put a very slippery rug underneath, not my finest moment) and I reached out to Spaze on a fix. I was SHOCKED at how quickly I got a response back along with additional questions for them to figure out the cause, then indicated that part of it would need to be replaced and that I was only responsible for the delivery fee. My husband and I were able to replace the part easily and now our sofa bed is back in action. I would highly recommend Spaze for their products as well as their customer service, which I have not encountered at other furniture stores.

Hard as a wooden bench!
While I love the look, fabric and how the sofa bed functions (and the shipping was fast and easy), the firmness of the sofa is hard as a rock. It's so difficult to find a queen sofa bed with compact dimensions, and this sofa is so close to being perfect. Like the other reviews I bought the mattress topper for when it's in a bed position and that does help with pulled out. But none of the reviews mentioned how hard the sofa is in the sofa position as well. It's such a bummer because this is listed as one of Spaze's softer sofas. The back cushions are nice, soft and keep their shape but the bottom cushions are like sitting on a wooden bench - so disappointed. Every time I sit on this sofa I wish I could send it back.

While the Noble is one of our 4-rated models on our softness scale, we understand that "feel" is very subjective and everyone has a different preference for the perfect balance of firmness and softness.
It often takes about 3 to 6 weeks for a new sofa bed to fully break in, and using the cushions from side to side in different positions helps the foam "break in" more evenly to feel more comfortable. Exactly as expected
This is exactly as advertised. Quality of materials is excellent, ease of assembly was amazing (took me 10 minutes, solo and km 5’3”). Size was exact, fits my small space. Very comfortable to sit on, I love that it opened halfway as a lounge (perfect for watching a show on or using a lap top) and I love the color. I will definitely be using a memory foam topper when it’s used by a guest for sleeping because as all the reviews state, it’s super firm and not the most comfortable bed. Also, it’s perfect for what I need.
