Absolut horrendous service

I can't comment on the quality of the product as I haven't received the glasses I've ordered around almost 2 months ago now. Even my custom-made wooden shutters for 4 of the windows of my house, produced in China, were delivered quicker than this ONE pair of glasses. Whilst they do answer to emails, it's copy-paste template replies that say nothing but "hang on for a little longer". The wording "sorry your order is SLIGHTLY delayed" is a slap in the face. Avoid – or don't if you are not in a hurry – as in – order now if you want it for Christmas 2020.

I purchased the glasses on 4/12/2019, till this day my order status has not changed, it’s still on “Order Received”. If they were melting plastic to make the frame and grounding sand to make glass, it would still not take this long to prepare and dispatch the glasses. Utter joke!

Nice levis glasses for next to nowt. This is my first online glasses Ive got and I didnt expect much really but they are fine. I just got the basics and I should have gone for the upgrades.

Very SLOW! I ordered my glasses 4 weeks ago and they still haven't been dispatched. I have ordered online from various other opticians and they usually arrive within a few days, a week maximum. Obviously they don't care about customer service because there are many complaints stating the same thing. Also they are using fake reviews to try to make themselves appear legitimate.

I ordered my spectacles 6 weeks before they arrived, I spoke to the company a number of times and was lied to. They told me my glasses were in the despatch department but then I received emails that they were in the lab or waiting to be glazed. I usually go to a well known high st. retailer and will definitely return to them and in the long run they were cheaper and only took a week. Specky Four eyes have offered me a 20% refund for inconvenience (haven’t check yet whether I have received it). I am sorry for a negative review but the service I received was totally unacceptable and the glasses themselves were not that good.

Was a bit sceptical to order as I hadn’t heard of the company and there were a few negative reviews however I can’t fault them . I was kept updated with progress with regular emails . My glasses came within 2 weeks of ordering and they are really nice . I ordered Ted Baker frames , excellent quality . High recommend this company .

Frames faulty slow to respond when informed by email. Would never purchase from again as three days on and have not bothered to cotact me regarding reported fault despite sending three emails asking for support and receiving acknowledgements that emails received.

Having placed my order including prescription on the 9th April I am still waiting for shipment of my glasses over a month later (34 days and counting).

I placed an order for reading glasses but then I missed an email sent to me (my fault) asking for me to upload a copy of my prescription so that they could check it. After a few weeks I spotted it and they quickly sent the glasses after that. Maybe they should try calling instead of just emailing.

Decent price great quality, got my last two pairs from here. Always a lot of choice and different offers to choose from. Thanks for the love hearts!

A quick turn around and very happy with the glasses

I misplaced the case for my rayban sunglasses and needed a new one before they all get scratched up. One of my friends told me about Speccy and I found a matching case for a fiver, on ebay it was £15!! Delivery was quick.

Got prescription and all details needed from a local store. Chose a few pairs online and entered details. Within 2 weeks they arrived and they are excellent. Great value

Thanks for the stylish glasses. I have a complicated prescription with bifocals and they did them at such a reasonable price. Looking forward to buy many more specs from here.

A few days ago, I ordered a pair of stylish glasses from this site. They product got delivered to me on time and the quality is awesome.Although the price was bit high but I am more than happy with my purchase and looking forth to buy more products from this site. 4 stars and Kudos to them!!!

Ordered 28/11/18 still not arrived 15/01/19 told Told they were despatched several times when they had not been and stayed in 4 days expecting them so don't believe anything they tell you. Have all the emails and tracking info to prove this

I ordered glasses during September 2018. It is well published that Specky Four Eyes do take a long time to deliver. It is a case of cheap if you are prepared to wait. My glasses were first delivered around 5 weeks after being ordered. They were not correct and required to be returned. The same occurred with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th pair I was sent. It is also worthy of note that in each instance my first return request did not result in any returns authorisation being generated. On each occasion another request had to be made. However, their Customer Service are polite when they do get in touch and they have made efforts to correct my lenses. Alas, it has overall proven to be a waste of time and effort. But, I have been reimbursed with the monies paid.
