Black pashmina

While I was not very impressed with the quality of this item, the company did reach out to me after my initial review and offered me a partial refund which is much appreciated. They were very responsive with emails.

Excellent products and excellent…

Excellent products and excellent customer care. I have purchased several different items for myself and as gifts for others. I have been a customer since 2018. The quality of the products and the customer service have remained consistently stellar.

disappointment but good solution

I had problems with VAT and clearance and sent the shawl back. But Spencers did their utmost best to solve the problem and gave me a full refund, so despite some disturbance 5 stars!

We are disturbed to know that unlike your earlier orders, you were asked to pay the VAT/clearance costs and you had to give the parcel back. Please note that the order invoice sent by us along with the parcel did not indicate the price as Euro 90.00. We have emailed to you the copy of the invoice and we request you to approach DHL and send the subject copy to them. Hopefully it will satisfy the courrier company/custom staff and you will have your order delivered to you. Please do point out to them that it also includes the shipping charges which are not reflected in the invoice.
We are giving you 100% refund/replacement as per your choice. In case the order is delivered to you, please let us know so as to enable you to make the payment.
We have taken up the matter with all concerned quarters and have been assured that sucklike mishaps will not occur in future.

Great Quality, Affordable Prices!

I've been a customer for almost 20 years, and always come back to Spencer's to purchase for myself or get presents. They offer a quality product at a price I can actually afford. I'm glad I found Spencer's years ago.

I love the pashmina but wrong color

I love the pashmina but wrong color. The order and delivery process was smooth I ordered black and it's navy blue and I have already taken it on a trip and used it so can't return it. But I still will use it.

Repeat customer

We have purchased several shawls. All of them have been wonderful. The last two were for my mom (she's 91) and she just loves them. The colors were just what she wanted and they are so soft and warm. I have recently recommended your shawls to two different ladies who were planning to travel internationally. Your shawls are fabulous and I use mine almost daily.
