Fraudulent site. Do not purchase from Spexxi. I was told after several weeks’ wait that the frames were out of stock and promised a refund. That was four months ago and I still have not received my refund despite multiple emails.

ATROCIOUS! Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, didn't arrive for weeks, and when it did, half of the order was missing!? Business phone numbers don't work and no one ever responds to the emails. I sent over a dozen emails asking for a partial refund and nothing! This is the worst business ever, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Ordered a specific pair of glasses from them, came in the wrong colour and an incorrect prescription.
Had to return them to the lab, at my own cost. Luckily, i had a job not far away so went in person instead (Vision Lab- Ormskirk) who were most helpful and you can buy direct from them and cut out the middleman.
Getting money back from Spexxi was a hassle, communication is terrible- don't bother using Paypal either, they refused to process a refund as Spexxi didn't bother to process it their end!

Made order and received confirmation then next day was told they didn’t have frames so did I want another colour. I tried to reply no but their email address wasn’t working or their phone. A week or so later I got an apology and was told refund would be made immediately. Nothing. Guess it’s a scam? Who knows. Now have to wait for credit card to retrieve payment.

No communication and no sign of products purchased, had to reclaim money via paypal. I assume they are out of business now as I ordered previously and it was fine. AVOID!!!

I have recently received two pairs of glasses I ordered on line, I then read the reviews. I’m very pleased to say I am thrilled with them, yes they did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but I’m really happy with them and would look at using Spexxi again in the future. Don’t worry too much about other reviews and try them for yourself!

I ordered a pair of glasses and they took a while to arrive. My friend is an optician and tells me there are some supply issues getting frames from the EU. However when they did arrive I was very happy with them .

These lot are a scam, kept dodging my emails until I got my bank involved, they assured that they shipped which still hasn’t arrived in over a month. Avoid at all cost

Great communication from Spexxi. I was a bit worried after the negative reviews but my emails were responded to very quickly and Usman was very helpful with my enquiry regarding my order.

I wouldn’t even rate this company 1 star, but 0 star isn’t an option!
I ordered glasses for myself almost 3 months ago and have still not received my order. The courier claims to have attempted delivery a number of times and left a calling card but this is simply untrue as I have never had anything left at my address.
When trying to contact the company directly I faced a number of difficulties. Firstly their phone number is invalid so you cannot speak to anyone on the phone. Furthermore they take a very long time to reply to emails if at all! I have sent an email a week for a month and had no response.
Tracking my order has proved useless as the courier company states the delivery has been returned to sender and contact should be made with them - which as I’ve stated is nearly impossible!
I’m now struggling to get a refund as there is no communication.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

This company is very dodgy,
First thing first is that their trading address doesn’t match their registered address on the GOV.uk official website. The company has been closed and reopened twice all this info is available on the GOV.UK official website.
They don’t communicate with you and their service phone number is invalid, so there is no way to contact them unless you email them and that’s if they reply.
You will not confirmation email confirming your order, honestly ordering with these people is a big gamble.
I would not recommend ordering a thing with these guys it’s just too much hassle and headache.
Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere l

Really disappointing service. I ordered 3 weeks ago and have not yet received my order.
No tracking available, no order status information.
No reply to recent email requesting order update. Phone number not in service. Feel like I've just thrown money into an Internet void...

Ordered glasses and paid for but not arrived yet. Tried to call their number 01614660154 but says incorrect number please try again. I called the landlord of the mill their address is - in Rochdale, who told me they are not a tenant. So money taken, no product, and can't speak with them.

I have used Spexxi for a number of pairs of glasses recently and have always been happy. The latest pair have just arrived in a bit of plastic bubble wrap without any case/box and/or protective dust bag. Bit disappointing really.
Looked really 'cheap' compared with my other pairs that were always nicely presented.

More than happy with my new glasses. Excellent value. It's 5 stars from me.

Recently had my eyes tested at v*****express and got my prescription.
Am pleased to say that spexxi made the same varifocal glasses at quarter of the cost and quality just as good.
Highly recommended.
