I've been with spinbet for 9 months now, I am a gold level 3 , I have deposited a lot in my time playing on the site, lately when talking with support i have found them to just be repetitive in using preprogrammed generic messages , and also ending the chat saying i have selected the wrong option and prompting me to select the option for free spins when that is not what my query was about , and as for the Ai bot system for free spins it is horrible ( it consistently says I'm not eligible for free spins ) I think in the last like 5 months i have only been granted free spins twice from the Ai bot system!! Honestly for being a high depositing member / player and a very active 1 at that the cons outweigh the pros and I feel like just finding a new site. They say the value there high playing members but yet i feel very much not valued.

I would give a 5 star if they were more active and consistent with their promotional bonuses and apart from the site issue it sometimes has, Spinbet is great casino.
Loyalty Bonuses through live support are decent and max win limit on bonuses depends on vip level which is fair, not like spinbit where it's capped at $500 regardless of vip level and bonuses there are horrible anyway.
Vip manager Daniel is awesome, he always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm well looked after and offers some solid loyalty bonuses as well.
It would be good to see more promotional bonuses and even run more comps as well.
Updated review:
Review rating changed due to always having to re_verify card all most everytime I make a withdrawal purposely delaying the withdrawal and live support agents are incompetent asf.
