Redemption Delayed and Potential Scam
From time and again, this site has engaged in malpractices. This time, it is blatantly denying my redemption by alleging that my residency is from a banned state, just to delay or cancel my redemption request. I am a resident of a legally allowed state. I have already sent them documents proving my residency. Please avoid this site at all costs. They will find reasons not to process your redemption.

UPDATE have an update on verification of…
I now have an update on verification of monies won. All redemptions have been cleared and headed to account. I must admit that after reviews all was done pretty quickly. Just a heads up for the future. I have been burned pretty bad by another site, which I don't use any more, due to weeks of being told that verification of earnings must be reviewed and I never received. I am sure thst others gave had the same thing happen to them. This makes your panic level go fro. O to 100% in mintues not to mention the trust factor. I appreciate that this site kept their promise and all the updates and hard work.

Credit where credits due.
Ok, I read the reviews before I won and had put in for a redemption. I was a little worried and optimistic whether I would receive it or not. It was only $75.00 the min and had won on free daily rewards.
However I got to admit and give credit. It was approved and in my account within 2 days. So obviously they have made some strides to improve the timeline of their redemption process. At least from the number of bad reviews reflecting on this issue.
I thank you spindoo for the efforts you put forth and approval of my winnings . Keep it up. I'm a full blown sweep casino critic, but I give credit where and when it's due. Thank you.

On May 7th, I purchased a $29.99 flat pack and played until my account balance reached approximately $62. When I logged back in a few days later, my balance had unexpectedly dropped to $2.
Since reporting this issue, I have spoken with 4 customer support representatives and have repeatedly been told that the matter has been “escalated to the relevant team.” However, it has now been over 22 days, and I have received no resolution, no update, and no recovery of my missing funds.
Additionally, I was promised a $22 credit related to the May 1st sale error, which I have also not received.
At this point, I am requesting:
Restoration of my missing account balance $60
The promised $22 credit.
A clear update regarding the status of my case and an expected resolution timeframe.

Well the offer and juat over all experience was great. I do wish their was more ways to win for free actually I the beginning of coming on board.
