Would recommend avoiding
You read these reviews and take them with a pinch of salt thinking that perhaps people have lost or just impatient. On this occasion it certainly seems that the majority are correct in the opinions, this is the slowest and worst casino I have experienced. Set up an account over a week ago, had a small win and made a withdrawal. Over 6 working days later still not processed. Used there contact service on Monday, no response. Emailed a complaint on Tuesday to which yet to receive a response. Would recommend avoiding.

Very bad customer service, Withdrawal request pending for more than a week and there is no update on it, no response on the ticket submitted, no ticket number generated, very very bad user interface. Can you look into my withdrawal request made on 26May and process it or let me know if any documentation is required

Absolute shower of faeces, 5 days withdrawal still pending, numerous messages sent, no reply, you can only contact through a bot, ring the number and get automated message telling you to message them - to which they don't reply. Don't bother with this crap.

Wow - impossible to withdraw money without jumping through hoops. Attempted to contact via chat but no one on and only a chat bot and tried to contact via phone and not available - emailed loads and not one reply! It’s only a 200 quid win but it’s very annoying I don’t know where I stand !!

Already asked to verify ID, address, debit card front and back. Done and approved, though god knows what they need all that for. Submitted 2 withdrawals: one for £400, one for £250. Their site says it could take 24-48 hours. Its been 13 days now. They got through the first few days claiming that they had a high number of requests, which is a ridiculous reason. No site's ever delayed that long before without cause. Then, they send an email demanding 3 months of my bank statements so that they can 'make sure I'm playing with what I can afford'. I'm quoting directly from their email now: "to better understand your level of affordability." Now tell me, why would you trying to understand how much I can afford lead you to withhold my withdrawals?? Answer that.
Now, even though they've already successfully verified my ID, address and payment method they're holding my withdrawal hostage until I give them my full bank statements and what ever more info they decide to demand later on, which is against the terms of Gambling license Term 17: - "A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier" (which can be found at: https://www[dot]gamblingcommission[dot]gov[dot]uk/news-action-and-statistics/News/reminder-to-operators-new-licence-condition-on-customer-identity-verification)
So either: they're using the request for my bank statements as an excuse to keep my winnings under the guise of verification, or they are breaking the terms of their license by making my provision of my personal statements a condition of withdrawal.

I had been using this casino and everything was good. I had some winnings and had 2 separate withdrawals and all was paid. I continued to play and have recently won and tried to withdraw £2300 in 2 separate amounts and both are still pending 10 days after I’ve made them. I have tried to phone at least 100 times the phone number is just automated the same as all genisis global limited company’s numbers. I have tried live chat every day for the past 6 days and even sat for 45 minutes to wait on someone to chat and it eventually cut me off. I have sent 3 emails to date and not had a single reply from any form of contact. I currently have these 2 withdrawals pending and I can’t do anything about it. I would recommend that you stay well clear of this casino and use more reputable ones. They are still letting me deposit on my account and still letting me play and loose but won’t let me collect winnings. I will be contacting the UKGC today as I’ve no other option. All checks have been done we have been depositing and withdrawing in the past so there is no reason for them to withhold my money. All my winnings have came from real money with no bonuses as I don’t like to go down that route. I wouldn’t even give the company 1 star but had to for this review. The only time I’ve actually won more than I’ve spent and they will not pay it out it’s an absolute joke. There Moto on the contact us section says first class customer service. I can’t make my mind up on that as there is no customer service what so ever it’s all A.I

This casino is a joke!!!!!!!!!they allow you to deposit then allow you to withdraw but as soon as you get to about £2000 total in different withdrawals they then decide to ask for I D what a joke that should be done at the start !!!!!!! After asking to send ID THEY STILL HAVE YOU WAITING FOR YOUR WITHDRAWAL BUT STILL ALLOW YOU TO DEPOSIT I’m still waiting for my withdrawal to even tho the pending time says 72 hours and then I’m told I will have to wait another couple of day after that joke joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Withholding payment since june
I have been waiting since the beginning of june for a withdrawal from Spinit for the amount of £599
I continually am told that my case has been escalated when I contact them via online chat but still nothing happens.
I am not sure why or what is causing the delay having supplied them with several verification documents, which they confirm they have received almost two months ago but are yet to verify.
I am becoming very concerned with this Casino. They seem to delay the payment continuously as a result I highly suggest staying away from this casino even if their UK license is reinstated. It's clear to see why it was removed in the first place.
I have been on live chat over 20 times asking on updates only to be told I will be contacted via email.
I never receive any emails on the status of the withdrawal or any updates in general, despite being told that I will.
I am looking for a reply from Spinit stating the payment reference number and an explanation as to why it has taken months to receive my withdrawal.

Yesterday Morning I signed up to the site, even though many reviews are bad I have used many Genesis Global slots and never had a problem.
I placed £100 Real Cash into the casino and turned that into £170. I then started bonus hunting (Allowed with real funds as I was told) and have got 5 good bonuses and £70 cash left.
All is fine until I find out they have had their UKGC licence removed with immediate effect, the problem here is now I have done research is that the company were aware of this throughout the day (as many articles had already been realised) but not one mention of it on site or through live chat.
I now have £100 worth of free spins trapped in the casino as games are non playable and I asked on livechat if I could be recompensated my money and I will withdraw instantly as per UKGC's advice.
I woke up this morning and my account has been blocked by "self-exclusion" I.E. an employee from livechat has temporarily blocked my account (I cannot log in) so nor can i access my funds but even if I wanted too I cannot withdraw now.
I have been on livechat numerous times today and was told by a member of livechat (who was actually really good) she'd get back to me ASAP on email.
I never recieved an email and its been 6 hours so I jumped back on livechat and have now been told nothing can change until the Licence situation is sorted.
In simple terms I cannot even get onto my account due to a lie of "self-exclusion", my real cash is stuck in the casino with 5 bonus spins worth £100 or so, my spare real funds I cannot access. And now being told that I cant even get on my account unti the licence situation is sorted.
Surely the handling of this goes against UKGC who have advised all UK players to withdraw ASAP.
Before I would have reccomended Genesis, but right now there isn't a chance... huge shame!

Self-exclusion was removed a day later and they said this was a mistake, good service here.
After 8 days I still haven't recieved a sufficent reply to any of my bonus issues even though I was told I would get an email from senior staff as soon as possible.
As per UKGC I have withdrawn my cash that I had in the account as the lack of any help worried me that in the end the company would go under and I couldnt even do that... The withdrawal was extremely fast actually only taking 2 days which is actually incredible so credit where its due.
HOWEVER, I have gone back onto live chat to check on my £100 investment (5 bonus spins) played with real cash. Tiffany was the live chat assistant and I have never recieved worse help from an "assistant" in my life.
I have been told that I will not get any compensation nor my bonus rounds back when the sites UKGC licence is revoked. This is like going into the bookies and placing a winning bet, and then being told you cannot have your winnings.
I hope UKGC takes serious action as this alone is scamming of £100 real funds and that is not acceptable... Will be back with any other updates in due course.

Take note of all other reviews. This casino and all other under the Genesis Global will make things extremely difficult to withdraw any winnings.
I have sent every single document there verification team have asked for and every time the document has been rejected and an even more difficult to obtain document is requested.
I have so far sent in front and back of bank card, an officially stamped document from the bank and also a full bank statement from the time the card was used showing all deposits and apparently this still isn't enough. I have just over £200 sat in the account that I am giving up hope that I will ever receive.
Please be warned of all previous reviews and search other Genesis Global brand reviews before ever depositing any money into.
