Awful customer service, they just want your money. The nonchalant reply to the bonus dead spinning suggests it’s expected and tough. No interest in giving any more bonus funds as recompense . You’ve got your dead spins spun, you can’t win on them anyway is their attitude!
Avoid like the plague.
