Application de location de vélo à fuir absolument.
J’ai utilisé l’application SPINLISTER de 2022 à 2024 pour des locations de vélo cargo à paris, Cela jusqu’au jour où SPINLISTER a refusé de me reverser l’argent des dernières locations.
Malgré de nombreuses relances, aucune réponse de la part de l’équipe spinLister depuis 2024 jusqu’à ce jour ou je vous écris en 2026.
Merci à trustpilot de nous donner l’occasion de dénoncer ce type de sociétés malhonnêtes.

This company suspended my account because they could not afford to pay me. How can a company that brags about Oprah backing them (who will never rent a bicycle in her life- let’s be for real here) punish and remove a user that has brought in hundreds of customers who have NEVER heard of the site? I also maintained a 5 star review the entire duration but I guess once they saw me approaching $10,000 in rental revenue they decided it had to come to an end.

I used an alternate rental platform before Spinlister but their customer service hours did not meet my needs so I switched to them and that was a nightmare once they saw that I was in high demand.

They canceled my upcoming rentals for a customer that spent over $250 and shut down my account. Very insane behavior.

They have so much potential to be great but it seems that they lack basic customer service and respect.

I also noticed that in the major cities , ALL the listings/listers have a maximum of 2 reviews and have been inactive for months-years AND there seems to be a fake account making fake reviews on a lot of the listings (probably to make it look like there has been activity on their app). I pointed this out to them once they paid me late twice in a row but they ensured that I was wrong and that they have had an increase of rentals by 300%.

300% is a made up number by them especially when NO ONE out of at least 1,000 people have ever heard of the company and they also could not provide this data for proof.

And the app is no longer in the app store . Shocker

I have been renting my spare bikes on Spinlister for many years and had good customer service in the past. Since the website was purchased by the new owners their customer service has gone downhill. I still list on the app for one of my side gigs, but the company is not the same since the new owners took over.

Total Burn. Used the app to rent a bike out on a recommendation, everything went smooth until I tried to get paid. No response from support, no payment received, website not working. DO NOT RENT YOUR BIKE VIA THIS APP!!!!

The app makes me great side money ($1500/mo) -however, when there is an issue thats needs help from the customer service department ..THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I have never dealt with such bad customer service in my entire life. They will say one thing in one email then totally disregard what they said in the next. And even worse, if a customer wants to extend and does not do so on the site , they can return it HOURS later and Spinlister won’t charge their card and they will blame YOU (the lister) for it. Absolutely mind blowing. I would pay $1000 to talk to the CEO face to face to discuss how this needs to be fixed.

This site is a total joke. The "renters" don't respond and neither does their "customer service" ......total waste of time.

You can trust Cole on Spinlister in Walla Walla, Washington, to connect you to a sweet ride. I rode through the evening autumn leaves rediscovering childhood haunts and alleyways, churches and campus trails, school yards and my first home, still standing. I'm a bike nerd and have several bikes that I lend out to friends when they visit from out of town. I was about to sell one from my collection and decided so give Spinlister a try. I'm so glad I didn't sell my Trek 2500 Pro... it was rented so many days last summer that the money earned would have been the same as my selling price, but I still own the bike and it keeps making me money. I've listing my spare bikes with Spinlister for about 3 years now and I love how they've become positive cashflow!

Maybe I've gotten lucky, but every person that has rented my bike is also a cycling enthusiast and took care of my bike as if it were their own. I've not have a problem with a renter, knock on wood. If I do have an issue Spinlister is very responsive. They've been very responsive on other issues I've contacted on, such as problems with the app.

Find a renter that's also a collector you'll know they maintain their bikes like a family heirloom. My bikes all ride exceptionally well, give me a shout if you're visiting the Venice Beach/Santa Monica/Culver City area and get a discount. Search the 90066 area code and look for my bikes at intersection of Venice & Inglewood Blvd.

Seems the more my bikes get rented on Spinlister, the more bikes I collect. Yes, I have a bike addiction and Spinlister is an enabler.

I rented my bike to someone who didn't return it. I contacted Andrew at Spinlister and he responded regularly and quickly as we figured out the details on what might have happened to the bike and the next steps. Andrew didn't shuffle me around, but stayed as my main point of contact throughout the process of filing a police report, gathering my documentation of the items that needed to be replaced, and helping find a new bike for me. I was and am incredibly grateful for Andrew's efforts to make the process as painless as it could possibly be. I now have a new bike -- just as good, if not better, than my original bike -- and all the additional items have been replaced (bike lock and lights -- stil waiting on the helmet! - my only complaint would be that it's taking almost a month for the helmet to be shipped via Amazon). I am very impressed with Spinlister's level of personalized customer service and will be renting my new bike out again soon. Thanks Spinlister and Andrew!

I found the entire process of searching for available bikes to rent, sending a request, and pickup of the bike to be seamless. I rented a cargo bike for a spin around Vancouver's seawall with my dog. No other place in town can you do that. I would use Spinlister again in a heartbeat.

The service has been great for me and my fellow cyclists. It has let me rent bikes that I may not be able to buy, or something I might be considering as a future purchase.

I love spinlister. I used it to rent a bike for a pub crawl in Scottsdale. The entire process was easy and intuitive.

Spinlister allowed me to rent my bike to a someone traveling to Chicago who was participating in a triathlon while on vacation. It's a win win situation. They don't have to travel with their bike and I make a little extra money on the side.

A fantastic tool to be able to share bikes and other items that active people want to be able to share with the safety and security of a third party providing like paypal.

I used this website to find someone to rent a sweet bike from in the bay area. The site effectively handled communication between me and other users and dealt with the financial exchange. Great idea and great site!

Spinlister was easy to use, worked exactly as stated, and provides a unique service at a great value.

I just moved to the area from overseas. I wanted to bike along the Charles River in Boston on a beautiful summer day. The site made it easier than going to a bike rental company. The platform is easy to use and secure with a lot of bike options convenient to me. I highly recommend Spinlister!
