Excellent quality of service

Your order was placed on Friday evening, after our business had closed, and due to the bank holiday weekend, it was dispatched on the following Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. We completely understand that the long weekend may have made the wait feel longer than expected.

Immediate replacement
The excellent tracking system showed the parcel as having been delivered but it hadn’t been delivered to me!
I contacted Spiritly who offered a refund or the option of sending the order again which I chose. It arrived quickly and the company was apologetic throughout even though it wasn’t their fault.

Great for sourcing spirits not readily available in the UK
Spiritly stock spirits that I can't get in the UK and send me an email when they have a supply. Easy to order, fast delivery and the packaging is really sturdy and robust. I've used them many times now and I always get a great service. 5 stars from me!
