Excellent, such quick and easy delivery

One of very few suppliers to stock German schnapps. Excellent quality at a very competitive price. Delivery was quick and I was kept up to date about when the parcel would arrive.

Great source of hard to get products, excellent customer service, price of products very competitive and delivery first class, will purchase again from this company would certainly recommend them.

Specht’s Williams Christ Birne was temporarily out of stock, and I requested email notification when it became available. Very soon I received the desired email, ordered, and took delivery via DHL a couple of days later. All without a hitch, and the schnapps is delicious, with fire but not too raw.

Had delivery problems through no fault of the company (I'd not checked that the recipient would be home). Customer support (Freya) was super quick, responsive and helpful. Really positive experience - definitely inspired confidence!

Impressed with the packaging it felt very safe & secure

The only thing that spoiled this purchase and delivery was DHL. Their tracking information was hard to understand and misleading. It was in Belfast in the morning with an expected delivery the same day which seemed impossible. As it turned out it was. This changed to delivery the next day up to midnight! When it finally arrived (4pm) the driver wanted to deliver it to next door. Fortunately I had seen him and had opened our door. He laughed and said he had delivered a parcel to the wrong address yesterday and had to go back and sort it out. I was just glad to get hold of it. I had even set up an account to nominate a safe place ( due to the midnight supposed delivery time) but there was no sign the driver would have taken any notice of this. Other than that the product is delicious.

Fantastic service and quick delivery of goods exceptional service

I ordered a difficult to find product which Spiritly had in stock. Ordering and paying was simple and the two bottles arrived exactly when I was told they would.

But above all that, I have NEVER seen anything so expertly and expensively packaged. Admittedly sending bottles by courier demands robust protection, but this package and the individual protectors around each bottle were extraordinarily good and professional. I rarely give reviews when ordering online and receiving items but this was just outstanding!!
