An excellent experience!

First things first: I'm not from the UK. My father in law's 60th birthday was coming up and he send me a picture of what he wanted. and that he wasn't sure on how to get it because it seemed to be sold out at a lot of places already. It was a bottle of Glenfarclas Highland Single Malt Release 185th Anniversary he wanted for his collection. Spoiler: He got it, in the end, with the help of Spirits by Post. All other companies turned me down, saying they wouldn't ship to the EU because of the high cost, taxes, unclear regulations. Spirits by post did a great job! They offered me safe shipping by UPS (which was pricey but I did not care) and worked wonderfully together with the shipping company to get all the customs cleared beforehand. Yes, the tax too was not a joke - but I didn't care about that either. After sending me a detailed invoice with explanations I placed my order, they shipped it almost immediately and only a few days later I had a very happy, very proud Dad! All communication was smooth, friendly and extraordinarily helpful. Keep up the great business and thank you so much!
