The spirits by post was delivered quickly to the recipient. The gift will be opened on Xmas day.

The web site was easy to navigate and ordering simple. After placing the order it suggested delivery within approx 48-52 hours (with which I was more than happy) but in the event delivery was achieved in around 30 hrs. Cannot fault this and would definitely use Spirits by Post again. Keep up the good work chaps and chapesses!

After receiving my invoice I emailed Spirit to establish if my order had been accepted and received a reply in a timely way.

I ordered 2 bottles of Whisky on the Saturday morning and asked to collect them in the afternoon. I then got a call back saying they had one of the bottles but would need to search for the other. I collected half my order and got advised I would get a call on Monday. I waited most of the day but no call. I called myself and a gentleman told me that he didn’t think there was any stock left to fulfil my order. He advised that he would call me back either way. No call. I then got an email the next day processing my refund. Not the greatest customer service but also not the worst. A gesture would have been nice to keep my business as it’s not the cheapest please to buy from.
