I have used Splendid Spoon for 4.5 years. They have many meal options and all I have tried are healthy and delicious. I appreciate having a freezer-full of healthy meals, which helps me to make good food choices. They are a subscription plan, but are very flexible in that you can skip or reschedule a delivery any time. They also have great customer service and rectify any problem quickly. It is worth giving them a try!

So far, I have found that Splendid Spoon is the best meal delivery service for whole foods plant based eating. It is nice when you don't feel like you have the time or desire to go through the process of cooking a WFPB meal. The meals are good and it isn't too costly like some other programs. It is the only delivery service that has lasted for me more than a couple weeks and highly recommend for new comers to this way of eating. Also... my cholesterol has dropped from 307 to 228. Still high but working my way down WITHOUT medication.

Consistent quality and always tasty! The detox made life so easy and reminded me how great clean, plant-filled eating can make me feel!

I love Splendid Spoon smoothies. They are my favorites. I really appreciate the freshness, the lack of extra ingredients, and the balance of nutrition I get from them. I have my personal favorites that I stick to these days, but they have a wide selection to choose from. With my chronic illness, having clean and healthy nutrition on hand for a fast meal is huge.

The lentil soup tasted better than the past time I ordered. I enjoyed all of the smoothies.

I don't care for their smoothies. Their meals are very good, but unfortunately I end up ravenously hungry two or three hours later and then overeat.

I just did the 5 day detox and LOVED it. Trying to change some bad eating habits and be more plant-fueled. After day one I stopped craving junk I just looked forward to the next yummy Splendid meal. And I can't believe how full I felt in between! So many delicious flavors and wholesome goodness. I'm back on the site now buying more :)

Convenient and exceptionally well-balanced smoothies. They give you an added boost of energy and are filling. I am looking forward to going through the detox regiment.

The food is amazingly delicious and healthy. Low sodium, high fiber, and loaded with tasty vegetables and seasonings. The challenge in the summer is delivery to my location but so far everything has worked out fine. I always look forward to my delivery days and love that I can modify my orders to match my mood for a given week. Given the nutrient content of the items, the price is fair and reasonable. Two thumbs up.

Love the variety of choices and the ease of reheat & eat! I was wanting to get back on track eating healthier and with limited time to meal prep these help me so much. The smoothies are perfect for an easy breakfast or after dinner snack to address the sweet tooth.

After being a happy customer for about two years, I can wholeheartedly recommend Splendid Spoon. I like the company and their products.

Horrible customer service. Takes forever to get an email reply. Need to email multiple times. Charges extra for "package protection" but doesn't want to deal with items that arrive thawed out. Total rip-off. To this lousy company: If you want to charge such ridiculous prices for such small portions, you need to have phone support and deal with problems quickly. Listen to your customers. Stop giving us BS answers. There is no way I'm going to continue spending my hard earned money with a company that treats their customers like crap. One extra star for decent flavors on a few products. HOWEVER, IF THEY REFUSE TO PUT ENOUGH DRY ICE IN THE BOX TO KEEP IT FROZEN DURING TRANSIT IN THE HEAT, THERE IS NO HOPE FOR THIS COMPANY.

I love that I'm eating nutritious wholefoods. Food from the Earth with plenty of flavor. They do low salt and I always add a little extra Himalayan salt to my soups. They are the only meals I buy. They are actually filling and so healthy. I recommend heating on stove top so you don't ZAP the nutrition with microwave.

Overall I had a positive experience using Splendid Spoon for a few years. Online portal is great, and it was always easy to pause/skip shipments if I wanted. Shipping was iffy… any time there was an issue with delivery or if I received items that were delayed and food thawed and either spilled or went bad during transit, they wouldn’t refund me but only put a credit on my account. Not a fan. Also the new packaging isn’t microwaveable AND it’s not fully recyclable, which sucks. For such an expensive food service, I couldn’t justify it any more.
