I found an advertisement for a Dinosaur blanket that claimed it was "3D" and the video advertisement clearly depicted a blanket that had the heads of the dinosaurs quilted and stuffed. What came is simply a print.

The add shows an “actual” 3D blanket on multiple pictures of the blanket. This product is grossly misrepresented. There is no 3D dinosaurs on this blanket. I would never order from this company again.

Inferior product & poor customer service
I ordered what I thought would be a cute “kitchen witch” and what I got was a piece of crap!!! Even after numerous emails and requests for refund (as per their policy) they “determined” the product met specifications and refused refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Products are inferior and they can’t be trusted!!!

This is a bate and switch company
This is a bate and switch company, probably based in China. I ordered a kitchen witch for a xmas gift, when it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the video and pictures of the witch I ordered. I emailed Splendifly and was told I should send them a video explaining exactly what was different. I did exactly that and finally got a response telling me I received exactly what I ordered. I am turning this over to my cc
company. This has been going on since end of October.

This is a total scam, as others have mentioned. I ordered 3 of the kitchen witches for Christmas in October (!) and when I finally received them, they were nothing like the ad showed. I am still wating for a full refund--it's been 2 months! SCAM
