Absolutely top service, I've made two ordered from here one for our beautiful jumping spider, who arrived safely and with everything she needed to get going. A really good size and a happy inquisitive girl. The second order I made was for some fruit fly's but I ordered the wrong this - the team called me and sorted me out with some fly's and the set id ordered to culture my own. A* service and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve had 3 jumping spiders from Spoodies and their customer services and after sales support is phenomenal! They reply so fast when you have a question about anything and they don’t make you feel stupid. They treat their spiders with quality care and they genuinely do care about them. Highly recommend using Spoodies if you want a jumping spider or equipment. I’ll be ordering from here again in the very near future.

Purchased 2 jumping spiders from here and they are thriving, turned up really healthy and the communication from Spoodies was excellent can’t recommend them enough!

I ordered 4 jumping spiders in march last year and all 4 are doing incredibly well and have matured to adulthood except for one female who is still getting there bless her, Spoodies have given the best customer care I could have asked for and were more then willing to respond when I had a few questions about one of my babies not eating. They were delivered safely and I even got some cute little free temp enclosures when I ordered which I was really grateful for as I stupidly didn’t realise how small the babies would actually be lol. Planning on ordering again soon and I can’t wait!

Spider only lived 6 days, I understand they don't give a guarantee but 6 days, kept im same conditions as my other spider temps humidity all kept the same. Contacted them and was given £3.50 off another order will give them a miss in future

Very fast delivery of a perfect little spider. Packaged with her own fly, which she tucked into shortly after arrival. Contacted customer service before delivery with a question, got an almost immediate call back, and lots of useful help. Recommended.
