Tennis Net Special Order
Required a bespoke size tennis net, 43ft 6 inches instead of the standard 42ft so I spoke to David who advised that he could make one specially for us.
10 days later it arrived and fits perfectly.
Great service and quality all for a reasonable price.

He delivery was 8 days late, then the main cricket carpet was incorrect type.

Thank you for your feedback.
We are pleased to be able to reassure you that the correct cricket carpet was supplied - it is a newer version to the carpet that you bought from us previously however, so there are some small differences.
The manufacturer of this particular carpet does also use a slightly different product name to ourselves, so we can understand this may have caused some confusion. We’ll look at how we can clarify this in future.
Regarding delivery times, your order did unfortunately coincide with the Easter period, so the two bank holidays did lead to slightly extended delivery times, please accept our apologies.
We hope that by now you have installed the carpet successfully, but if you have any questions regarding installation, please feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to advise.

Delivery issues
Delivery from this company was a complete disaster. Expensive items left at the wrong location and no explanation given for the mistake hence would not use this retailer in future.

Thank you for your feedback. We can only apologise on behalf of the delivery company involved on this occasion. Although the driver did have the correct address, your floodlights were delivered to another club in the area. We have already raised this as an issue to try and ensure that it doesn’t happen again.
