SportSlip Avaliações

SportSlip online services was wonderful and efficient especially being done in the comfort of your own home, and with the new school year starting and sports requiring a sports physical. This experience was easy on the teen and the parent. Same day service and results would allow the school of choice to be emailed the results of the sports physical, and the price was fair and reasonable. I’d recommend this route for other parents who have students meeting sports physicals.

The process was easy enough unfortunately the school didn’t accept it so I had to go pay for an additional physical

Dr. Kawalek, was very thorough, and made the experience very easy and effective.

We had just moved to a new state a week before the start of school and were jumping through hoops to get the kids enrolled and get records and paperwork together. I contacted Sportslip support to ask a couple questions about the medical forms and they reached back out right away. I booked later that day and had my daughter's sports form filled out and certified within the same day. It was a very straightforward process and I didn't have to leave home when I already have two million things to do :) Great experience, I would definitely recommend.

Needed a sports release for my son to attend and participate at the football game on Friday. Completed the SportSlip process the Monday prior (paid the extra $20 for the expedited service) and received the fully compliant docs from SportSlip Tuesday morning! Immediately processed with the school and my son was cleared for the Friday game that same day! TELLING EVERYONE HOW GREAT SPORTSLIP IS. Even if we aren't in a rush, this process was so much easier and less stressful than booking an in person appointment, then driving to the Dr. in town weeks later (if I'm lucky), waiting around etc etc etc. We will only be using SportSlip in the future for all my kiddos.

Super easy! So thankful for this service!

Great and reliable service when we needed our daughter’s school sports clearance quickly! Same day!

We paid for the rushed service. It was great, very easy to use and we were able to use the form that the school has requested with no problem.

perfect! saved the day with this sports physical. the turn around was extremely fast

Fast, easy, and most importantly... accepted by the school!

My experience was great and very easy ....I uploaded my documents and the doctor quick and very time efficient I would definitely use this website again!

Easy and affordable way to get your kids cleared for school sports.

Had my daughter's sports physical done by them. Saved us a trip to a clinic. Process was thorough and the doctor reached out to us with follow up questions regarding my daughter's health. They also asked for a quick video exam and vaccination records. Felt reassuring. Easy and affordable.

The service was fast and efficient. I sent a message about a question and received an immediate response. Will definitely be telling my friends and family.

Process was super easy and cheaper than getting my daughter into the dr because her sports physical was expiring prior to her next Dr. appt and they get really booked up in the summer for other kid's sports physicals.

I had a question and responded to very quickly. I would highly recommend using this service if you can't get into the Dr.

This is how it should be. The entire process was fantastic. It was an efficient, but thorough, physical that I would highly recommend.

I was able to get a school (college) health clearance form filled out here on the same day I wrote them. They were so efficient and communicative. I was very impressed and am going to recommend them to my classmates/peers. Thank you!

Sportslip is an incredible resource for busy families of athletes! The service was so fast, thorough and so friendly. We are grateful for this service and plan to use them again.

Signed my form quickly and it was an amazing experience!!
