Leider 3 Tennisschläger gekauft, wo angeblich der Preis nicht korrekt war. Am nächsten Tag dann den Preis korrigiert und um Nachzahlung gebeten.
Fehler können passieren aber jetzt viel Zeit verloren und Theater mit der Rückerstattung. Hoffe wenigstens das bekommen sie korrekt hin...

Der Erfahrung war überaus positiv, die Lieferung ging, trotz Lieferung aus Österreich, sehr schnell, der Preis war unschlagbar gut und, was noch besser war: Der Service war herausragend!

Ich hatte leider ein Problem mit dem Produkt (Leki Stöcke) und es ist gebrochen, nach kurzer Anfrage über den Service habe ich nach einigen Tagen dann kostenlos ein neues Produkt erhalten.

Bestellung ist schnell angekommen. Retoure inkl. Gutschrift wurde schnell und unkompliziert abgewickelt.

Unkomplizierte Bestellung, guter Preis (trotz zusätzlicher PayPal-Gebühr), schneller Versand, Ware (Ski) sehr gut und wie bestellt.

Wirbt mit niedrigen Preise, kann dann nach Kaufabwicklung die Ware nicht liefern und storniert die Bestellung , da angeblich ausverkauft. Drei Tage später ist der Artikel wieder im Online-Shop verfügbar. Sehr unseriös und nicht zu empfehlen

The order process worked great, and I received tracking information saying I could expect delivery on Saturday. Nothing arrived on Saturday. On Monday, I got a call saying there had been an unsuccessful delivery attempt that day. I can see in the tracking that the delivery was changed to Monday, but I never received any message telling me I needed to be home on Monday. I agreed with the person I spoke to that they would deliver to my workplace instead. However, they drove to my home address again. We’ve now been writing back and forth about the failed delivery, which I don’t think I should pay for—but I’ve paid now because I don’t want to spend more time on this. I have the phone number and name of the person I made the delivery agreement with, but they completely ignore that.

Der bestellte Artikel wurde rasch geliefert. Habe den bestellten Artikel retourniert, weil mir die Farbe in natura nicht gefallen hat (liegt natürlich nicht in der Verantwortung von Sportsprofi). Gutschrift wurde bereits am nächsten Tag übermittelt. Alles in allem eine sehr unkomplizierte und rasche Abwicklung. Werde dort sicher wieder bestellen.

Achtung nur 14 d Rückgaberecht. Rückgabe muß über per email beantragt werden. Ware kam ohne inliegenden Vermerk. Mein Mann hat einen schweren Schlaganfall erlitten und ich wollte die Jacke 34 d später zurücksenden. Da ich während der akuten Phase seiner Erkrankung die Jacke vergessen habe.
Eine Rücksendung ist nicht möglich. Leider war die Jacke sehr teuer 420,00 Euro. Verständnis und Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anderes aus. Ich kaufe jetzt wieder bei den Bergfreunden da war eine Rückgabe in diesem speziellen Fall gar kein Problem.

Package was quickly sent and product match exactly the description. Only negative point was that the package was slightly small than the skis order thus increasing the risk of damage, which hopefully did not occur.

Wenn man genau weiß, was man braucht, wenn man sicher ist nicht umzutauschen, dann ist der Shop vielleicht eine Option. Sollte man aber nicht sicher sein und muss das Produkt eventuell zurücksenden, dann ist der Shop absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Was auch super ärgerlich ist:
Man wählt Produkte aus mit einem guten Preis.
Dann werden 11,- Euro aufgeschlagen für den Transport!!!!!
Danach noch extra Gebühren abhängig von der Zahlungsart.
Und dann am Ende der totale Schock: 19% Mehrwertsteuer.
Das ist wirklich ,,Nepp". Am Ende ist ein super Angebot kein super Angebot, sondern lediglich ein normales Angebot.

I purchased a pair of Fischer racing skis and the shipment to Canada came lightning fast through UPS. The skis were carefully wrapped and I am very pleased with the order. I had a question that was answered within hours. Very impressed and will purchase again if the opportunity arises.

I have ordered at Amzon with this seller and So much negative energy put into it; The package was not delivered by GLS and the seller shrugged everything off. Delivery is not made as agreed and the package is still missing. I indicated that I no longer wanted the product and requested a refund. They hide behind GLS. These types of people do not understand that valuable time is invested to get money back puff

Werben mit niedrigen Preisen, die jedoch netto angegeben werden, in der Endrechnung sind die Preise dann entsprechend wie bei allen anderen. Dafür berechnen sie extra Zusatzkosten wenn man mit PayPal bezahlt. Versprochene Liefertermine werden nicht eingehalten. Kundenservice ist äußerst unfreundlich.

Sportsprofi failed to deliver my sons tennis rackets. We waited over 3 weeks for delivery and despite payment in full being taken in day 1 the rackets hadn’t been delivered 3 weeks later and no response from their customers service team. Recommend avoid.

I am a United States citizen and have been unable to find these batteries anywhere in the US so I was extremely happy to find on Sportsprofi.com. Shipping time was close to 3 weeks but I ordered them around Christmas when shipping is at its busiest not to mention the package was stuck in US Customs for several days. They are the exact batteries I needed and they arrived in perfect condition. They sold these batteries at a fair price. I would not hesitate to do business with Sportsprofi.com again. Like so many other people during COVID-19 lockdowns, I ordered equipment for working out at home. This resulted in my order being delayed a few weeks, but the costumer service was absolutely on point. I was immediatly offered a complete refund, and when I told them I would rather proceed and just wait whatever time it may take for my order to arrive, I was constantly kept in the loop and immediatly updated whenever there were any news on my shipment. It made me feel completely safe and sound. They were under so much pressure due to the extra orders during lockdowns, yet they always had time for their costumers. I will definitely do all my future fitness and gym related shopping with these guys.
