Quality and Time toDeliver
Took over a month to deliver merchandise and then it was not as shown on website. Am having difficulties in making the order right or getting a refund. One item was never delivered at all.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Fantastic company and the presents that I ordered were wonderful and all my friends love their AFL personalised clock. Great service as all my gifts arrive on time for Christmas. I definitely will keep looking to see what other gifts they have that I am interested in.

They took my money
They took my money. I never recieved my order which was a Christmas gift. They refused to help me track in english..it was all in chinese. Refused my discount for package being late..which is THEIR POLICY. And refused to refund my money. So im out $65plus dollars for shoes for my don & this company doesnt give a damn.

Do not order from this company. They are a scam and will not get your products to you on time. They keep saying 3-4 days more, but it has been 20 days and it is not even showing with the shipping company yet and is shipping from China. So their promos of things arriving quickly is a lie. Horrible company.

Total rip off. Never got the item I ordered. Never got a tracking nnumber. Email customer service for tracking number. 'Item was lost. Do you want refund or item reproduced?' I replied I want a refund. Was assured refund processed. No, it wasn't. Scam, scam, scam.

Stay away from this company!! I ordered my husband a jacket the jack was supposed to be a 5x and it looks like an xl and cheaply made and thin. They refuse to give me my money back horrible company !!!

First & Last Time
I ordered 2 items at same time for Xmas presents, I received 1, was told to contact delivery place in Australia .Haven't been able to contact them by phone for 3 days just get left in queue. So I am left waiting & hoping the rest of my order turns up as its in transit somewhere.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. You might be tempted because you something unique on their website, but do yourself a favor and don't purchase it.
Everything ships from China, so it took almost 8 weeks to receive my order in the USA. I had ordered a six pack of Christmas ornaments. Instead, I received one ornament, and a wallet. The ornaments cost over $9 each, and this looks like it's worth about 25 cents.
Do not shop here!!!!!!!!
