Didn’t receive the correct products ordered. Overpayment occurred and no refund provided. Email reply from company in regards to issues very delayed and still no result. Will not be purchasing again from this company!

DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!
EVERYTHING!!!
First my order was late and I had to contact them. A week later only part of my order arrived and it was NOT personalised as ordered (not personalised at all!). So then I had to contact again asking where the rest of my order was AND to have the incorrect piece replaced. I was told the rest of my order was in its way and that the incorrect piece would be replaced. Two weeks later I receive the missing piece of my order but it too has NO personalisation and no sign of the replacement piece!!! I now demand a full refund and this is agreed to but here I am, two more weeks have passed, and still no sign of my refund!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I HAVE CLEARLY LOST MY MONEY!!!
UPDATE: 26 Feb and I just got the first piece of my order delivered! No sign of my refund! And how stupid to send us a request for this review! JUST DISGUSTING!

six weeks for their arrival.
I had no notification of where they were. Just three emails when and after I ordered.
We thought they had become lost in the Christmas-New year parcel craziness.Yes I know it is a bad time of the year and coming from England a long distance away. Thank you.
