Excellent Customer Service
So...sadly my sonic toothbrush became faulty (these things happen) so I contacted Customer Services to see how they could help. I had looked at some other reviews on this site and was worried how this would go. In fairness the Customer Service was exemplary and I felt it right to share the experience. I spoke with Suzanne and sent a video of the issue. Within a very short period she had recognised the issue and dispatched a replacment which I now have. Overall very impressed. Thank you.
The Flosser lasted just about a year…
The Flosser lasted just about a year and wasn't used a lot. The electrics broke. previously the flosser was not able to send water through all the components that came with it. overpriced. not great quality
My Son bought the spotlight electric…
My Son bought the spotlight electric toothbrush for me as a birthday present, it lasted less than a year. Not buying a new one -priced out of its league.
Average results
It lasted for 3 years before the charger packed up. No better than using an ordinary toothbrush.
Avoid at all costs - awful product, worse service
Just outside of the warranty period, the toothbrush randomly starts turning on at all times of the day and night. Contacting the company does nothing - they say it’s not “the norm” but there are lots of the same complaints. They refuse to assist and flat out lied to me! Do not purchase from this company.

Garbage. Don’t buy. The toothbrush failed repeatedly within the first four months and I eventually got a refund. The flosser has now failed for the third time in 11 months. The last replacement lasted 10 weeks. They’re not replying to my emails and they put you on hold for hours with no response when you call. I will never buy their products again.
Poor design
Poor design. Power button fell off due to toothpaste seeping in behind the button and building up. Needs to be a waterproof covered button like other manufacturer models
Not the product for me, but great people
After reading many great reviews of the Spotlight Pro, I decided to give it a whirl. Unfortunately, it wasn’t for me. There is nothing wrong with the toothbrush but I’d never used a sonic type toothbrush before, and I just really didn’t get on with it.
Spotlight have a pretty clear returns policy but I contacted them on the off chance they would be willing to accept a return. They were super helpful, tried to help me get the best out of the toothbrush but after explaining what I was experiencing, they agreed to let me return it. Can’t fault their customer service and Fiona in particular was super helpful.
Company seems to be a high end scam…
Company seems to be a high end scam with good marketing and a product that briefly works. Once it stops working that’s it no response at any form of communication from the company.

Still waiting for a reply… ordered weeks ago and only had an email saying they’ll let me know when it’s dispatched. Replied saying the delay is in acceptable so please refund. Yet again no reply!

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this toothbrush, I had been using this for a year, ended up with bleeding gums and my teeth never felt as clean as using an oral B toothbrush. After using my new oral B toothbrush for 2 weeks I can say 100% there is no comparison. Don’t waste your money on this brand and compromise your dental health.

Texted customer care on WhatsApp in relation to a broken product and got a response within minutes. The agent was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to send me out a new product. Would highly recommend them!
This product is crap
This product is crap. Saw it advertised on CBS morning show and ordered one. Lasted 4 months and quit. Won't work at all. Can't get customer service as advertised in the booklet. Called the phone number and put on hold. Only get to leave a message. No one to talk to. No customer service on the web site. BIG waste of money. The moral of the story is don't believe it's quality because it is adverised on national TV.

Head has tendancy to get stuck...Rose Gold Sonic Toothbrush
I bought a Rose Gold Sonic Toothbrush last January 2022 and love it. My teeth felt very clean - much more so than other electric toothbrushes. Unfortunately the heads appear to have a tendancy to get 'stuck'. I spent some time over 2 days trying to prise it off . In the end i was obviously too rough as when i eventually got head off the motor that rotates the head no longer works. For those that have one - perhaps you should rinse the head very well after each use .I will see if I can return it to get it repaired ...such a pity
Spotlight water flosser
I have used water flossers for many years, and in general I find their length of life disappointing, but the Spotlight flosser takes the biscuit!
1. Instructions don't clearly emphasise that you must open the filling door to extend the water chamber. Obvious when you think about it, but at least two reviewers here have commented on the enormous suction if you don't open the door.
2. Filling into the end of the flosser is awkward because taps are often not high enough to get the device into position. I've had to fill it under the bath tap.
3. The sliding water chamber is very sticky; I resorted to lubricating it with rubber and nylon lubricant.
4. I have taken considerable care to avoid getting water into the charging port, but it still gets in. I discovered where the water is coming from: during pumping, water from inside the device is being pushed through the charging port!
5. As a result of water in the charging port, I have blown the charger! Since then I've dried the device carefully before connecting it to a USB-C cable, but this is a daft way to continue.
6. The nozzle frequently failed to locate properly, and would pop out while I was using the flosser. I complained and was told to rinse the device with acid in case carbonate deposits were blocking the latch. I did that and eventually (though not immediately) was able to get the nozzle to locate firmly. After that I didn't remove the nozzle even when I had to pack it into a suitcase, which makes a mockery of the neat design.
